Gus rebuilt the seats with new bottom straps and foam and reupholstered then with the fabric I purchased online from a different vendor. The second time I took to twig armchairs to Gus. “This is my second purchase from Your Flooring Guys. Lupe gave me such a good deal the first time I had to come back. She of course gave me another great deal the second time around! Arsen was so great and helped us with moving all the heavy materials for easy transport. This time we had stairs that needed to be done and Lupe went out of her way to screen through the stair noses for us to make sure they matched exactly our set of planks. She answered all of my phone calls on time and was so attentive to my needs. Such top notched customer service. Trust me when I say their prices are unbeatable. I’ve spoken with one of the managers her name is jerkia before in donations small Interaction they were closing the donations and I end up coming late and she let me bring a few items to the store and I felt welcomed. Out of all the people there she was the best and she made sure to give me the coupon. Another good incident I had with jerkia was this jacket I was buying had no buttons and it had a stain and the people In the back priced it for so much even with the stains and everything but jerkia lowered it for me she’s such a kind sweet soul. We need more people like her in the world .”

“Joe was a great servicemen. They came on time (JMS neighborhood), gave an understandable description of the water heater issue and answered all questions (many of them) with thorough explanations. The water heater was replaced in less than 2 hours by Jose who was very careful in removing the old and installing the new. He also cleaned-up nicely. Additional questions were answered later in the day very quickly and honestly. Learned a lot from Joe. I give them 5 stars for excellent work and knowledge-sharing.”

“They have this shredded onions and it was a great appetizer as well as the bread roll that was slightly seasoned with garlic. The ribeye steak came out the way I like my steak. Which is medium rare. Only thing is the steak could have been marinated a little longer to make it more flavorful, but overall I enjoyed my meal. The mashed sweet potatoes were excellent. It was the perfect side dish. The service was professional, welcoming, and polite.”
