“First time here! My niece brought me for my birthday and it was so adorable and quaint. This was her 5th time here and she was right I loved it here. The mother and daughter team are the cutest and are so sweet. There was people coming in almost every 30 minutes while we were there, reservations are a must. The lady even offered us to her hat collection for a picture, it was so fun and made my birthday extra special for me. All the food and teas were delicious and I can’t wait to come back. “After leaving a local indoor child playground, I stopped by here to get lunch for my son and I around 4:35pm. I ordered via the app. The drive thru long was long and wasn’t moving. So I decided to go inside. The food was ready when I went inside. I needed to ask for a cup and the chocolate milk that came with the kids meal though. While getting my beverage, I noticed that the floor was sticky even though there a wet floor sign. I also observed the staff looking like they did not want to be there. I asked one staff for BBQ sauce, she gave it to me but didn’t say a work at all… her face was so flat and yeah. It was evident she wanted to be elsewhere. The staff was not working together too. One staff was treating new employee poorly :( On another note, our food was correct. There were no issues with it and we enjoyed it.”

Not only did they do a great job with my previous dry cleaning order, but they also are handling an alteration for me. Alex was so nice to me and to my disabled son when I went in today to see about getting the alteration done. They have a cute little room to change in for the alterations. The turn around time for the alteration is great (just a few days), and Alex checked with me to make sure I was happy with what the alteration was going to be. The business is clean and Alex is very friendly. The unfortunate thing for these new owners is that they took over the business from owners who were not very professional and did not do a good job with their services (Cleaners Royale). This means that Green Hanger Cleaners didn't get the benefit of keeping a lot of the Cleaners Royale customers. I would hope that the old Dutch Clean and Cleaners Royale customers would come back and give Green Hanger Cleaners a try. They really want to make sure you're satisfied. If you have a problem with something regarding their service (i.e., "hangers"), just go back to them and ask them to make it right. They definitely will do that! And they won't be offended. They're in business to do a good job and keep their customers happy. Give them a try if you used to be a Dutch Clean or Cleaners Royal customer. From dry cleaning to alterations, special cleaning services (i.e., comforters, wedding dresses, etc.), I'm sure you'll be happy. I have been so far, and I'm sure I will continue to be as I use their services.”

“We went here to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. Reserving table (for 15-19 people) is very easy as we did it online and on the same day (thanks to Google). When we got there (on time), we waited for a couple of minutes more to be seated. The place is a little bit crowded but is very clean. The restaurant is super busy but understaff. It took a while for our food to be served but it was superb and worth the wait. “This is the best experience I've had in retail! I called about a leather jacket, unfortunately it was a non-carry forward style. Lana, was able to find an alternative option and have it sent to the store for me to try on while she was on holiday. When I arrived, the sales team (Joanna) and her associate could tell I did not love the jacket -- maybe because I was moving back and forth trying to make it work. Luckily, their intuition paid off and they found an alternative style for me (which happened to be exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find)! I made the purchase immediately. I came back for a fitting a few weeks later with their tailor and also purchased a pair of shoes. The jacket was delivered via courier to my home today. The experience has been exceptional. I will definitely be back. Due to the great experience, I may have gone a bit crazy and purchased more Balmain than I had intended to this season. There is NO NEED to go overseas for a luxury experience. The sales team at this location is top notch. Thanks, Lana!”
