“My experience was great in regards to the oil change. Everything went smooth. They did offer cabin and engine air filter replacements which I declined. However they did not snap the engine air filter back into place. I heard some rattling and I opened the hood to see it open. If that was put back in place they would get the 5 stars. Other than that the experience was great. The oil change included topping off my washer fluid and setting my tires to their proper air pressure.”

“Let's be honest...the welds look beautiful. I called in a week before and they said I can come on in any time. I came in the week after and they made quick work installing my muffler and resonator. The reason I like this place is because both Father and Son-in-law took their time to produce quality work. I was sitting right in front of my truck while they were doing it. They rechecked the welds over and over, making sure there were no openings. And best of all they were fast. Got me in and out within an hour. “It’s not often in today’s environment that you call a business and they go that extra mile. I called FSC looking for a interior dome light fuse for my 2001 ML 430. The gentleman answering the phone informed me that they do not sell parts to the public but come on in and they would give me one. I drove to their location in Dana Point and indeed they provided me with the 10amp fuse as well as one of their mechanics put it in and made sure everything worked. Every other shop that claims to be a one-stop overland shop and will install your gear mostly will not at all. Sure they’ll sell you stuff but getting them to perform a detailed install that coordinates with the rest of your gear is all but impossible. Scott gets it all done and does it at show-room quality. There hasn’t been an aspect of my build that he hasn’t been able to tackle with experience and attention to detail. “Dave has been in business over 40-years! He is a devout religious man and even teaches teens on various Sundays at our church. He charges fair prices, but is ultra-honest. He answers to a higher power. He'll let you know if you don't need work at the moment, but just keep an eye on it, and if it happens again, then we can talk about the options. When he does fix your automobile it'll be done honestly. No added unneccessary charges or pulling out a fuse and saying you need a lot of work to be done. He has more than enough work with his clientele of 40-years worth of extremely happy customers! I would call first and set an appointment if it's work you know that needs to be done soon--like maintenance or replacement of a wearing out part. “Was in the market for new wheels and stumbled upon their website. Kansei had a nice line up so it was hard for me to make my decision. I ended up going with the KNP, which is the wheel that started it all for them. Simple design with a step lip that doesn't disappoint. I always had a soft spot for the JDM look. I myself drive a Tesla Model 3 but couldn't resist going JDM. I currently have a set of 20s on my Tesla with a pretty nice concave look but it was not aggressive enough. The KNP is not much more aggressive than my current set up but with the slight concave look combined with the step lip, it gives the exact appearance I want. Unfortunately with most wheels the lower you go on offset and width the more aggressive it looks and my Tesla could only do an offset of et30 max with the low height that I like to drive. So I called Kansei and spoke with James to see if he could hook me up with a set. I had a lot of questions and James answered them all. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also quick to respond even after the 100 questions I'd asked him. James emailed me a week later and told me that the wheels were in and that I could come pick it up when I had a chance. It was awesome news because I didn't expect my wheels to arrive that early. So I went to pick them up the next day. James was not there when I arrived but Chris helped me out. I wanted to purchase a few more items to complete my order. Chris wasn't even the sales guy but stayed with me till the end until I got everything that I needed. He even showed me around the shop and showed me all of their products. You could tell he was passionate about the products he sold. I could of talked to him for hours about cars but he had to work and I had to go home to test fit these on my car lol. My experience from the beginning till the end was awesome. I was literally blown away by their customer service which is hard to find these days. I will definitely be working with the guys at Kansei in the future especially to build a custom wheel for my car.
