They won’t try to push sales on you, (I had those experiences in a couple of other shops) but not here! I got updated on the status of my vehicle a few times, the car was ready on time, cleaned and washed! My experience was for an out of pocket expense, not through an insurance. “Ralph was here looking after my F150 because the air light kept coming on. Turns out after he checked all of my normal tires he saw that my spare wheel was the one missing the air! He also saw that my coolant was low and he replenished it to full level, and to top it off he saw my floor board was pretty dirty and full of small pebbles so he vacuumed it and made it look clean again! Great service i never knew about!”

“I went to this body shop for an estimate on damage to my Acura. My experience was top notch from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. Auto repair shops are typically dirty and dusty with lots of car parts and equipment strewn around the work areas. This body shop looked more like a doctor’s office than a repair shop. There was not a scrap of trash on the ground, the office was neat and tidy, and I could see out into the area where the vehicles were being repaired by the technicians, which was also clean, well laid out, and free of the scrap parts. As I was waiting for the estimate to be prepared, the technicians and other employees that were coming and going all looked professional, dressed in uniforms and not screwing around, smoking, socializing, or on their phones as one often observes in the workplace nowadays. I was greeted promptly by one of the body shop office clerks, assisted right away by Cesar who treated me respectfully and was thorough and knowledgeable; he explained to me the different options and reviewed the completed written estimate with me in layperson's terms. After this experience there is nowhere else I would want to bring my car for body repairs. Highly recommended!”

“I love riding long distance on my 2015 BMW k1600gt. My last trip was over 5000 miles in 8 days. I rode from Michigan to San Diego and back. The trip was GREAT! But I couldn't have done it with out my AIRHAWK seat cushion!!! The AIRHAWK provides a new level of comfort for long rides. I inflate the AIRHAWK with light air pressure and then adjust when I am seated. It seems like the air is almost all out when the seat becomes perfectly in balance not to firm not too soft but fully supportive. “Hi, I was absolutely panicking when my alternator and battery went out while driving to work on the 91 freeway this morning. I pulled over and Googled the closest repair shop, and I was towed to CMI 🤩. I was met by Veronica who runs the front desk. What a beautiful person she is. She asked me what was going on with the car. I told her the battery light had come on and the car wouldn't start. She was very efficient and ordered an alternator and battery before the technician arrived on site to assess the situation. It turns out that is exactly what was needed to replace. The technician is an expert in Toyotas and was very efficient in installing the parts and even checking other things on the car that will need to be replaced soon, like, the drive belts and informing me of an oil leak. I drove out of CMI feeling as though my safety was their only priority, and I was very impressed and pleased with their service. I highly recommend taking your car there for reliable, reasonable, repair service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
