“We needed a place to stay while our home was remodeled due to a slab leak. This home was excellent with a nice view and fully furnished facilities. One of the best parts was the gas BBQ. Ross was always on call and responded in minutes to any question or concern. The game room was especially fun for my teenagers. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months stay and highly recommend this home and owner.”

“My father has lived at this mobile home estate for more than 20 years it is very clean very safe very quiet all the homes are very well kept up the management is great people and I wish I could live there if I could afford to buy a home there I wish they had some for rent I'm a good neighbor and a good renter but however thank you Fairview mobile home for being a place that is safe for my parents. For safety sake I will not say who they are or which space they're in but just trust me very happy with your mobile home estate it deserves the name of Estate”

“My husband and I stayed with an apartment managed by Stripes Living earlier. We came back for the second time as we do like the service, the apartment, and the location. Our second stay went super well as expected. The apartment is well kept and stocked up as advertised. The hosting service is always friendly and prompt. Small, uncovered parking lot along front of perfect vintage, meticulously maintained motel on street, adorned with potted plants. Quiet hours were maintained by all quests. Organized and gracious on sight and phone staff. This is a San Clemente gem at a reasonable price.”

“It’s been almost a year of living here and I love it. Coming from living in apartments and having noisy upstairs neighbors, living here has been life changing. To not share a wall with anyone and have your parking spot in front of your home is a blessing. The staff here is wonderful. Noel has been so helpful, and maintains rules and regulations in place so that the community is a better place to live in. Schools and shopping centers are close by and new upgrades are coming soon and I know this community has great potential.”

“I purchased a mobile home in the park in Nov 2013 moved in Dec of the same year I am extremely happy in this park... I like that there is a strict policy about qualifying to rent with a positive credit score and proof of income before you can purchase, honestly I believe it keeps out the riff-raff. The park itself is clean and kept looking that way. Mgnt is helpful within their boundaries, and aren't park police which is fine with me. I will say that having the property owner living here is a bonus he is happy to smile and chat with you which make his park feel more like a small town nothing like the corporate big business owned properties I've read reviews about. The park is a quiet senior park but not excessively so, people here aren't waiting to die, they are friendly, most are active and love to talk. I enjoy having my neighbors wave and say hello as I come and go there a sense of watching out after each other I truly appreciate. Pets are allowed at a weight limit, I don't have a problem with large breeds but I understand the need for a weight limit in this small park. I also like that I have been able to landscape my property as I like within the rules as to not being cluttered towards the street view. Rent increases are more than fair with a one year lease signing available and one of the most important things Go Forth Village is motorcycle friendly which is a huge plus as I am a full-time rider with friends that ride too, not all parks family or senior allow motorcycle on property. Lastly and I can't say this enough I like living here, I like my neighbors and the management, I like the location of my home in the park, I like that there is only one entrance and its by the mgrs office, I like that there is a grocery store across the street and shopping of all kinds and restaurants is close by... I'm giving it 5/5”

The company was eclectic, the vibe electric and all had fun playing classic board games telling old stories and eating awesome creations from the various potluck fares. The kids joined in and fun was had by all. Made new friends, caught up with old ones. The perfect venue”

“To start off, the hotel was amazing, the staff was really friendly and knew lots of English, after we checked in with the amazing staff, there was a nice man rolling up a negotiable wrap, he looked like he was gonna enjoy it, we get to our and the people there were so friendly they wanted to make sure we slept well, so they took out the lock, they wouldn’t want to annoy us obviously, so they were kind enough to take off the smoke detector, they even stained the toilet to make sure we weren’t scared to stain it, aso the room smelt really good, like a ash tray. We finally came to an end to our visit and there was a lady who was putting on a tourniquet to make sure she didn’t bleed out too much from who knows what, she looked very happy, excellent place to stay”
