My trainer's name is Emilio, and he walked me through workouts and helped set a strong foundation for me to be excited about going to the gym. He is knowledgeable and funny, which is a plus when you're lifting weights. He pushed me without pushing me to a breaking point, and he showed me I don't suck at lifting. I just needed to take a chance and focus. So if you are ever in need of a pick me up session, hit this gym. Everyone is really friendly. Girlie always says "Hi" and is nice every time I come in. All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. If you need someone to help you reach your fitness goals one step at a time, ask for Emilio.”
