“We came her for lunch yesterday. We used the self order kiosk. The user interface was quite easy to use! Our food was served hot and fresh. The manager was kind enough to inform us our meal was ready since we didn't get a text notification. I got the macaroni grilled cheese sandwich with French onion soup (extra cheese). Though the soup lacked broth flavor they used gruyere cheese which is always the best cheese for French onion soup and many places don't use it. So props to panera. The sandwich was cheesy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The side of French bread was a little stale and tough but it was perfect for dipping in my soup. My wife got an iced caramel machiato drink, which tasted "a little milky" perhaps because of the shear volume of whip cream which melted over time. She got the pepperoni flatbread and really liked it. When I tried a slice, I thought it was lacking in sauce, but I guess "flatbread" pizza isn't supposed to have too much sauce. The fruit cup we got had fresh and juicy chunks of pineapple, melon, and honeydew melon . We ended with a cookie which was large and quite delicious. It was firm, dense, but chewy with lots of chocolate. Our meal cost $33 which is fair since panera is a step up from fast food. Will be back!”

“Make sure you call and make a reservation before you go! You order nigiri here, not some baked salmon rolls, it's a traditional authentic sushi restaurant; food, decor, serving style and all. Enjoy it as if you were in Japan.”

“If you want fresh hot food ... that taste good ... you hit them up. Nothing on this strip, as far as fast food can touch this location. They never disappoint. The customer service is great! I can't trust any other place in this area that makes fast food, to come through period but this location. They are second to NONE. Seriously. You pay for what you get here!”

“Honestly a pretty good time! Decent drinks, not too expensive, but not superb. Food was decent but also not super warm as we ate outside. Honestly not sure why it’s called The Ramp, because it’s more like a harbor. Maybe call the restaurant The Harbor next time. I do think it’d be nice if they turned on more heaters though”

“Had a superb supper with an uncommon companion. Extraordinary help, food, and climate. There were just two of us, however we were benevolently given a four-top upon demand. We partook in each dish, just as an extraordinary Brunello. The host set aside effort to talk about with us our common love of Rome. "Attempt the veal...it's the most incredible in the city." (Couldn't help it!). We'll be back.”

“This is a tiny place located at residential area. I placed my order on line on a Saturday afternoon. First time to use their online order service. I would give a 8 out of 10 for it. It took around 10mins for the order to be ready. Not bad at all. They don't provide spices unless you ask for. Napkin is self service.”

“Stopped here for a quick snack. Super friendly staff. They have a few inside seats, but it's basically a counter that you order from. Great bagels, croissants cookies and other snacks. Thai iced tea, Italian soda, etc. Great prices too. Lots of school kids stop here after school so might be busier at that time.”

“We took in a Giants game and explored a little on the pier. Came across this amazing Waterfront restaurant. Wow! The food was awesome. Our server, Doug, was the very best. We had such a good time. He put up with us, we might have been a little loud. Please try this restaurant out if you have a chance. Ask for Doug, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for the great time Doug!!”

“Awesome new spot. I think it used to be a Russian deli? Anyways it's great, owners are amazing. Please try their lemonade, it's very different and very good. The gyro is the only dish I've tried, was awesome, fresh crunchy veggies, great meat and sauce. Next trip I'm trying their falafel. Highly recommended! Plus it's like a Bodega, you can get a bit of anything there.”

“Hugh has a wonderful shop. We ordered the Prince Harry tea set. It came with endless pots of your choice of tea, Scottish shortbread cookies, a classic Motorloaf (loaf of bread with the middle removed and replaced with small savory sandwiches), and a choice of two marvelous scones with apricot and raspberry preserves. The atmosphere is perfect, and Hugh occasionally relates stories of growing up in England. Loved it. Will definitely recommend.”

“Salsa Wednesday is really amazing. I happen to be here when San Francisco salsa festival is held. The performances are amazing. Especially the one from Amanda. I had great fun dancing salsa here. Bar tenders are very friendly and respectful. The dancers are from everywhere around the world that night. All the locals I met are supper friendly. It’s a great event.”

“Ok, so just got this again and it was as amazing as it was the first time. Squab and house fried rice are both fantastic. Got spare ribs too last time that were also great but we realized the 2 dishes are plenty for 2 people even with leftovers. The only reason why this place has bad reviews is because the service is very authentic cantonese - you have to flag down the server pretty aggressively to get service if you are able to eat there and they are not super friendly- just makes it feel more legit to me! Pro tip- cash only under like $40”
