Their salmon bagels are my go to and the kids love to pick out their donuts or breakfast sandwiches and drinks. I have also done a large order of donut holes for a party and they were great and very accommodating. I also love their outdoor patio where the family can spread out and use outside voices without bothering other patrons. “I was passing by this area and decided to stop by Waffle Studio for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! They have a variety of delicious waffles, teas, and coffees to choose from. I ordered the strawberry waffle, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It was so good that I almost finished it by myself. I also tried the house salted coffee and the coconut coffee blended, both of which were smooth and flavorful. The house salted coffee had a nice balance of sweet and salty, while the coconut coffee blended was creamy and refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cafe was cozy and cute. They have a lot of decorations and seating options, perfect for a small chat or a relaxing break. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and drinks. I would definitely come back here again and try their other waffle flavors, such as pandan, sesame. Waffle Studio is a hidden gem in South El Monte that deserves more recognition and customers. Inflation is outrageous.. I use to pay $1.25, now it's $2.50! The masa was moist and delicious, the pork came with red salsa and chicken green. I preferred the chicken it had a bit more flavor and not dry at all as opposed to the pork. If your in the area support small business!!!”

I love the chocolate bread filled with cream cheese. Milk bread was nice. The broiche is soft and chewy on the inside, and the top is just hard enough and sweet. The best drink here is the sea salt coffee cold, it's very different from the usual stuff down the ways. I think the prices are reasonable for what you get. Boba is okay, not the best, but good enough. Anyways, I'm glad 85 degrees is finally here in the valley, and can't wait for the Century City one to open soon.”

“On a Saturday I decided to take a drive and had a taste for a sweet drink on a hot day and came across bober tea. My first thought was wow It looks cool inside with all the pink decorations, so I ordered the supreme strawberry green tea. The taste was good, nice and sweet. The only downside is they don't take cash. You have to order on the touchscreen machine and It has the full menu there. Bober tea sells mochi donuts and lattes as well. The prices are between 6$-$7 for the drinks. Friendly staff and pretty clean inside, I will have to try the donuts next time.”
