“Im a 52 year old mom and was slightly intimidated by Pacifica Athletic Center because it seemed more like a guy’s guy gym. My son goes there with his friends and loves it!! I started working out there recently and couldn’t have been more wrong as the gym is amazing for the ladies as well! There is so much support and a lot of women there. What I love about it is the sense of community. I’ve been training with Topher and he is spectacular!! I’m learning so much about proper weight training and proper alignment to be able to do the machines with confidence. The staff are so supportive and always available if you have questions. A huge kudos as well to the awesome music and the place is pristine and so clean! Loving the classes too. Five stars all around!!”

“The first thing I noticed at the performance Lab was their cleanliness and friendly staff (Brett Butler your space is great!) . When you walk in you are greeted by the staff and then you enter the door that leads you to the arena area. It’s really large and they have all types of weights lots of room for running and other workouts. My coach was the amazing Coach V and the night I went was called “The Bakery”. In this moment I understand why because my but is burning from the powerful workout (lol)! TPL is a great place for all people, I’ve struggled with a chronic disease for years, and when I told Coach V I needed modifications for some of the workouts and she knew right there off the top of her head what I needed (Veronica Tadeo your a star thanks for pushing me!), I still felt like I got an amazing workout like the rest of the people that were there. If you’ve never been here, or you’ve only been once, I would definitely say you should go again this is a great place, great community, and even greater working out.”
