“Philips mansion is tucked away in an industrial area, but still holds onto its classic feel. I've been seeing the Delusions shows there and have enjoyed each visit. Walking through the home you feel almost transported back in time while still being able to appreciate the history that has happened in such a place”

“Pretty small museum, but for a toddler it did entertain them for 2 hours. Older kids won't get much from the experience. You have to pay per adult, and child which increases the cost quite a bit.”

“Great little museum. Lots of interesting local history for everyone in the family. Perfect place to come on rainy day when spending the weekend in shaver. Several picnic tables around outside too. Check out the big granite boulders out back near the amphitheater. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Small museum, however the people who work at this establishment are so sweet. We were able to get a tour which was awesome and sweet . Please note, this museum is open to the public on Thursday/ Friday 10-3pm. For other times an appointment needs to made. Please note, It’s right next to lions park. So it’s a great activity to do if you are visiting the park as well.”

“What can I say, this was just an incredible experience. There are some pieces in here that were just amazing to be within the presence of. Thr house is supposed to be "just as it was left by Weisman", and it really does look like it was lived in. Great care and deliberation have been taken in the decoration, placement, and thoughtfulness in the design and layout of this house, but also in it's preservation. If you have an opportunity to schedule a tour here, please do yourself a favor and take it. The docent was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed excited to be there, which made the tour a very pleasurable time, albeit moving a little quickly. I know they have other tours scheduled, sometimes back-to-back, but I really wish I would've had a _little_ more time to linger in some of the areas, as there's just so much to see (you could honestly spend an hour just appreciating each room, nonetheless the entire property). No photos allowed inside, but you can take them outdoor. Also, you park inside the property on the driveway, not on the street.”

“This is a must do for my family ever Christmas. We have been going to get our annual Santa Pics here since 2015 and ever year they get better and better. They set up lots of very nice photo spots around the venue so you can get some candid shots while you wait. And by far the absolute BEST Santa's in San Diego.”

“Working with Eco Framing was my first experience getting something professionally framed, and Eric’s expertise and guidance was so helpful. Knowing the look I wanted to go for (something clean and timeless), Eric pulled out an array of frame and matte options for me to lay against my print. Once I had narrowed down my preferences, and understanding that I was budget-conscious, Eric worked with me to find the materials in the look I liked that worked within my budget. I am tremendously happy with the finished product and can’t recommend Eco Framing enough.”

“Its a cool house. but what is this. my friend, MLH, loves to go trick or treating here. Apparently her candy was not memorable which is what most halloween candy is like so ye. So that means it was good candy. I like the lexus in the driveway and the shrubberies surrounding the house... It gives it a nice touch. THank you for not demolishing the house. XOXO - PSA”

“This little museum was delightful. On the day we visited, there was a special display over two rooms, of Bob Baker's marionettes. The lady in the gift shop told us there would be a new display next month. In the front part of the museum are some really beautiful bronze statues, sculptures and paintings - all of which we loved. Each exhibit is accompanied by interesting background information. There's also a lovely gift shop. Admission to the museum is free.”

“What a gem! The gallery space is not large, but is filled with impactful pieces that will captivate you the moment you walk through the door. A gentleman was staffing the place and was super welcoming and knowledgable about the exhibit (Alphabets). He made the experience very enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend visiting this museum and supporting it. We loved every bit of it and definitely plan to return, especially when they have live music! Summary: parking: easy (private lot). Artwork: incredible (definitely have someone explain the pieces in detail, mind blowing!). Staff: welcoming and friendly. Museum: small, very clean, inviting, filled with a respect for all cultures. Worth a visit!”

“I had the privilege to attend an event celebrating the arrival of a Pagani Zonda Revolucion in California. While the Pagani was certainly a highlight, the cars and bikes inside the Marconi museum were incredible as well. Particularly the DeTamaso Pantera with the incredible paint. I would give anything to know exactly what paint it is as it is absolutely stunning.”

“The Rotary Nature Center is an awesome place to take little kids. It's small and a little rough around the edges, but kids could care less. There's a live snake and tarantula. They also have bees and others stuffed creatures. They also have different nature programs, some restricted to those 18+, and volunteer opportunities. The best place to watch the birds in the nature preserve is right next door. The center sells bird food for a dollar.”

“The Gaskill Brothers Stone Store Museum in Campo, CA, is a unique and interesting museum that offers visitors a glimpse into the history of the area. The museum is housed in a historic building that was once a general store and post office, and it has been lovingly restored to its former glory. Inside, visitors can explore a wide range of exhibits that showcase the history of the area and the role that the Gaskill Brothers played in the development of Campo. One of the highlights of the museum is the extensive collection of artifacts and memorabilia from the 19th and 20th centuries. It was fascinating to learn about the lives of the pioneers who first settled in the area and the challenges they faced. In addition to the historic exhibits, there are also displays about the natural history of the area, including the local flora and fauna. The museum has done an excellent job of presenting the information in an engaging and interactive way, making it accessible and interesting for visitors of all ages. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to the Gaskill Brothers Stone Store Museum in Campo, CA. It is a must-see attraction for history buffs, and even those who aren't typically interested in history will find something to enjoy here. The museum is well worth the visit, and I look forward to visiting again in the future. Enjoy!”
