“It's closed right now due to Covid but it was still neat seeing how the first In-N-Out Berger looked from behind the fence. My daughter loves In-N-Out and I thought it would be cool to stop and see the first one. She just turned 15 and was acting like this was a waste of time till we got there then she started smiling and actually wanted to take some pictures. We then went to the gift shop and got her a few things. She loves her T-Shirts. She thanked me for dragging her there cause she ended having fun. Also, if you go to see it. It's best to park by the gift shop "In-N-Out University" then walk down the sidewalk back under the bridge till you get to the replica. It's only a few minute walk.”

“Very interesting history. Judy is very knowledgable but more important very caring about the property and its long history. Very detailed and if asked she finds answers rather than saying I don't know. Can't wait til they open for more tours. I'm willing to volunteer and bring more volunteers to help with future improvements.”

“Great place to take kids for a train ride. Was there 3/20/2021 for the 2pm . The train ride was nice with the exception of only seeing trees most of the ride. The stop at willow was very quick and not enough time to really see all the equipment and cars. I would hope that they will receive funding to organize everything and maybe make it so that you can ride the train to willow and maybe spend an hour or so while the train waits or leaves to pick up the next group of visitors. This place has great potential to be a much better museum to visit. I'm not complaining just giving my opinion of what this museum could be. At the time we visited it felt like a family run attraction.”

“Such a plethora of knowledge about all things mineral, silver fabrication and chasing & repoussé. Multiple blue ribbon winners for first place, from the San Diego County Fair, in jewelry design are here. They are cutting stones or fabricating a piece of art out of silver or copper. The people here are kind and genuinely interested in seeing you succeed as a lapidary or silversmith. Classes are $5 as of now and the only other thing to buy is a membership. There is a museum separate from the workshops which is right by the gift shop. The gift shop has one of a kind pieces from numerous on-site artists. Support local and support handmade. I once heard statements that resonate with me to this date "Life is to short to wear machined jewelry. Shop Handmade. Shop Local." Stop in and see what it is all about they will show you around the place too! If you like rocks, jewelry or want to learn a new hobby - this is your place!”
