“My friend took me and my other friends (who were visiting at the same time) to Biryani Xpress when I visited San Francisco from Detroit for Dinner. We ordered Jackfruit, Goat and Chicken biryani as well as Goat Curry and tandoori roti and wrap. The taste was very authentic with just the right amount of spices. Goat curry was amazing. Both Chicken and Goat Biryani was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. I definitely will visit again when I am back to SFO. I definitely recommend Biryani Xpress to everyone who loves to eat flavorful Indian food.”

“Stopped for lunch on the way to Paso Robles. I had a chicken burrito with green sauce. Absolutely excellent with loads of chicken (all white meat). Companions had soft tacos, again high quality meats (chicken and pork). Lunch came in about 10 minutes, chips and salsa delivered first. Only complaint is no diet Coke, only diet Pepsi and a few other drinks from the dispenser. Will definitely return in the future!”

“I was so excited to find this place. It sits about 7 miles outside of Borrego Springs. The restaurant is part of the Ram Hill Golf Course. The price and service was very good. The food was good, we were there for lunch and opted for the special, beef fried steak with chipotle aioli sauce, caramelized onions. It was a little messy I think they put too much sauce on it. We sat outside even though it was a hot day. They had the misters and fan going and with the breeze it was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the view of the golf course and mountains.”

I’ve been to so many poke places and this is by far my favorite in the area because of the portions, especially if you get 1/2 salad 1/2 rice since they put it in the big container instead of the bowl. It looks and tastes great, especially when you ask for all the toppings. They also have convenient online ordering for pickup without any upcharge. I only wish they had a loyalty program since I’d get so many free bowl 😂”
