The wife tried the iced coffee as well and said it was amazing! We stopped here after reading the excellent reviews and they weren't wrong. We usually get bahn mi at a chain that's mostly in Orange county (Lee's if you're curious), but it's a long drive so we only go there if we're in the area as the locations that are closer to us in the IE are not as good. I am so excited that we found somewhere just as good, if not better, that's so close to home!! The pictures are the express special (may be off on the name, buts it's the #1 sandwich on the menu). It's the one with pate, so not everyone's favorite, but if you like it this sandwich is phenomenal!! Perfect amount of toppings, everything is super fresh, and the bread is perfection! Plus, Jackie, the owner, is so darn nice! We will be back many times and I am so excited we decided to Google this restaurant and saw how much everyone loves it!”

The menu for the flavoring can be sweet to hot to very hot to unworthily hot. the lemon pepper was on point and my chicken tenders are amazing the breadsticks were really good and thick and they're fulfilling my fry's were thick and satisfying. so if you're going to get two combos and you want to spare yourself get a load of breadsticks and fries on the combo's.”

“Super Mex is a local Sunset Beach favorite (but I claim it as HuntingtonBeach), and once you visit the location on PCH and Warner, you will know why. It is a Mexican food favorite, with all the classic dishes done to perfection and made with consistency for over 20 years. We stop by just to pick up a large container of salsa and a large bag of their famous round tortilla chips that are served warm! Most of the staff have been there for years. My wife had Jamaica drink and I had a Sprite. They had a self service salsa bar. The green avocado salsa was hot, though good. The mini tacos were meaty. As of 04/25/2018, they provide free local delivery between 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Portions overall are very generous - the bowl is filled to the brim. I like that they have a variety of toppings and can appreciate the fact that they also offer fruit toppings (like acai dragon fruit, mango, etc) which is rather different from what I usually find at other poke joints. I've done both pick-up and have had them deliver locally - with each instance being consistent in quality and service.
