“My 2yo was sick and been vomiting all day by the time we go to the Lakewood Urgent Care. She continued to throw up while we were in the waiting room so a nurse brought us right back and got us into a room after checking her in. Even though we they were incredibly busy, someone checked on us every few minutes until the provider could come in. Dr. O'Brien was so nice and made myself and my daughter feel like he truly cared about how she was feeling and what might be going on with her. Although we were there for almost 3.5 hours (again, they were slammed) it really wasn't terrible because everyone was so great. Dr. O'Brien listened to my questions and concerns and we were able to come up with a plan for my daughter to get her feeling better, and options for what we could do if she didn't improve over the following days. I hope we get to see him again the next time we end up in urgent care.”

“I have a long, complex medical history. Dr. Lewis understands all of it. He works with all phases and problems springing from nerve damage during my back surgery three years ago. I have so many areas that need help and he is able to work wisely with all of them. I brought a list if concerns to my appointment. The nurse saw my long list and said that Dr. Lewis might not have time to deal with all my issues in this appointment. Dr. Lewis works so well with me, he was able to address all my issues in the time he had. During the past 2 1/2 months before my visit with Dr. Lewis I was experiencing a lot of anxiety. It was affecting my marriage. Dr. Lewis was so compassionate. He understood what I was going through. He prescribed a medicine that dealt with my anxiety and I feel like myself again. My husband and I are getting along now.”

“This visit was my first visit to Flippin Foot and Ankle. I saw Dr. Michael Flippin. He diagnosed my problem and treated it. He explained everything to me so I could understand what the problem is and also fully explained the treatment and what I could expect. He also recommended a specific shoe insert to help treat my issue and even took the time to print out exactly what I needed so I could order it myself. He was also very respectful, listened to me and did not rush me. I feel very confident that I have found the right person to treat my feet.”
