“Dustin was great to work with. I called to ask if he would check and repack the wheel bearings on my utility trailer, and told him I'd had the trailer for years and was not sure if the bearings would need replaced. I dropped it off to him in the morning and it was done by early afternoon. He explained that the bearings on one side needed replaced, but the other side were still good. Honestly, he could have told me both sides were bad and I would not have known the difference, but his honesty was much appreciated. Dustin was so nice, friendly and professional. He showed me the parts he replaced and explained the reasons he replaced them. I have already referred him to others who are in need of axle services, and would highly recommend him to anyone. I recently made an appointment for our marriage license and was able to make it with ease and on the exact day and time we needed. Did our application without incident, it was super easy. Ran a little late so we arrived right at but didn't have to wait but a few minutes, the gentleman that helped us was great and very efficient and friendly. He made the process seamless. We left fully informed of the next steps. I'm a South Florida native and in this regard I've never had a good experience in my life down there. “Best dentist my husband and I have ever had, no contest. Dr. R is so personable, honest, and truly wanting the best for all of his patients. When our insurance kept denying our claim, he personally appealed the state insurance board to try and get it covered. When that didn’t work out (through no fault of Maven S.D.), our budget was tighter than anticipated and I wanted to cancel our future appointments to save money. Dr. R was so understanding but strongly encouraged keeping the appointment to ensure the issues we were working on didn’t progress to a more damaging state. He even downgraded the appointment to a lower level of service to get the insurance to cover it while still being able to see us and advise on the best next steps to keep us healthy in the long term. Seriously blown away by everyone’s kindness in this office. They sincerely want the best for YOU, the patient, and not what will put the most money in their pockets. Dr. R also sent this adorable “thank you” card. We have 4 snakes and a 4 pound chihuahua and he remembered to include it in his note. So sweet! We’re patients for life.”
