“This place is really nice! It’s right by one of the villages you can walk right into the village they have events happening every night with cards that have beer and wine! It’s in a great location to there’s a tjmaxx a target all this other shopping that you can do there’s also a movie theater within walking distance. It’s just a great place to go if you don’t have a car or a way to go anywhere! The facility is nice as well there’s a nice pool and a good breakfast. The rooms are nice well laid out you have a lot of space you have a desk to do work as well as a small kitchen.”

“Absolutely thrilled about our stay at Castaways on the River. Had a 2 bedroom cottage and friends in the 3 bedroom. Rented a pontoon boat. Wonderful cottages nicely decorated, great porches and views. Boat was clean and in great shape. Debra and Sarah in the office were so accommodating before and during our stay! This will be our annual summer getaway!”

“Friendly staff, very good prices for the area and very nice hotel. Beautiful and clean. Bed very soft felt and brand new. Clean nice pool not super big, no one was in it. Free cookies all day. Breakfast was the only thing that lacked. Egg omelette, no scrambled eggs, no bacon, turkey sausage regular sausage and sausage links. Biscuits looked rough. Gravy was gross. Only thing to improve is the breakfast!!!”

“I looked at every mobile home park in a 30 mile radius. This one is awesome, clean and has nice people here. They allow small and medium sized dogs, they keep it well maintained. Its run very well. I would not consider any of the other parks I looked at. Its 10 minutes to Spanish Springs for live entertainment, great shopping and restaurants all within 10 minutes. GREAT Family Park. Highly Recommend.”

“Clean, well-kept restroom / showers. Boat ramp included with camping rate. Very secluded yet less than 10 minutes from town. Significant number of long-term visitors gives it a community feel. Very quiet at night, almost too quiet. You may have to provide your own table; there wasn't enough for everyone when I was there. There is a well-stocked market nearby with fresh meats and vegetables.”

“Best Western Plus Chain of Lakes Inn and Suites is the BEST Best Western that I have ever stayed in. The whole experience from the checkin to the checkout was very enjoyable. The front desk personnel were pleasant and extremely accommodating. The room was clean and neat and the bed and pillows were so very comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious and different each day. The price point was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!”
