“A wonderful, quiet 55+ modular home community with an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. A dinner/civic room, pool tables, cards tables and a library are inside the community center. Great grassy park area on Tampa Bay with a Gazebo (being built), benches and picnic tables. The homes are well maintained and cared for. We are in the process of purchasing a reasonably priced home here currently. The only downfall we've found is the very heavy traffic just outside the park. US19 is very busy during the daytime.”

“Wow!! I have been to many vacation rentals in my life and I do have to say the NEW owners have really outdone themselves with this freshly renovated luxury stay! All we needed was our suitcases. They supplied us with everything and anything that we would possibly need to enjoy the beach and their private deck! Beach cart,Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sunscreen and cooler! They also had plenty of coffee and creamer in the unit! Full set of pots and pans ,cutting boards ,quality knife sets for us to cook with.. Also when we received the check in instructions Susi and George provided us with a long list of activities and restaurants to visit while we are here! SUPER HELPFUL!! The space was spotless! Cleaned immaculately! Towels were soft& high quality. Beds were super comfortable. The attention to detail is spot on! Susi&George have amazing taste and they DO NOT disappoint! Oh yes and I can’t forget Thank you so much for the bottle of wine and snack size candys😊 We will be coming back and bring family very soon.”

“Picture perfect! My husband took me to The Saint for my birthday and it was a fabulous time. Our room was clean, smelled great, and looked exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and moisturizer. There were 2 water bottles in the fridge. They gave us 2 bottles of sparkling wine when we checked in and left a birthday card on our door. We spent the afternoon enjoying the breeze and delicious drinks under a cabana by the pool. Jenna was super helpful and got us into their restaurant 82 Degrees for dinner. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun with live music playing in the background! The beach is only a short walk away and it's beautiful. We took some great pictures and made memories. Our regret is that we only stayed 1 night. We will definitely be back!”

“We stayed here for a family beach weekend during parent's weekend for U of Tampa. This was a perfect choice! The property was wonderful. Everything was clean, in great condition and so comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and equipped with EVERYTHING to make beach time enjoyable. No need to bring anything but sunscreen. Barbra had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, skim boards, bicycles...you name it, it was there. Fully stocked with games, backyard games and hammocks too. (The tiki toss was a family favorite.) Thanks for the easy stay and wonderful communication-can't wait to find a date when we can come back!”

“Super friendly staff! Hotel was close to shopping, dining, and beach access. Robert was knowledgeable about the area, offering several dining options as well as entertainment. Check In/Check out were easy and communication with him made after hours check in a breeze. Rooms are smaller (if you’re doing a bigger family vacation) but would be absolutely perfect for a couples get away. Living room area has a futon that my two oldest kids slept on while my youngest and I slept in the bedroom. Decor is cute and the amenities were great. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect and will definitely be one we come back to again!”

“This community is a quiet place. Many helpful services for the people that live in it. Yes a couple documentaries have been made about the community which has drawn extra attention to it. The grounds are well kept. It is truly a adult only community. You do not find people just hanging out that do not live in the park. As some of these reviews state: "people have to live some place". Again I will say grounds are well kept and it is a quiet place with little outside traffic.”

“We stayed for 5 days in #44 and we loved it! Everything was very clean and up to date. It was the perfect space for 4 people. We will definitely be booking again in the future! The walk to the Beach is easy and the pool on site is the perfect size for kiddos to play in. The complex was quiet and we never had any issues with being disturbed by any other guests. #44 had some extra beach stuff left behind by previous families like beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella which was really nice. And there were also some beach towels provided! The location is great! It's so close to all kinds of things, including just a few minutes from John's Pass. We will definitely be back again!”

“I stayed here a last month with my girlfriend for the weekend and it was very nice. It ended up being only a 3 minute walk from the beach and the room had a full kitchen which was great. The owners/staff were both friendly and helped me with everything I asked. It was quiet and peaceful as well and I recommend it for any future couples trying to getaway!”

“We had a great time! Our place at 103 was super clean and beautiful! We even saw the cleaners washing the outside window ledges with a bleaching agent. We just had to tip them! “Treated us very well. We rented through Priceline and ended up getting a room with no refrigerator or microwave. The manager gave us a very nice upgrade for $10. Which was still a better price than anyone else had offered. Nice, clean rooms, Publix grocery store down the street. If you don't want to drive..... there are several nice restaurants and bars within walking distance.”

“This is only 1 of the company's 3 resorts, and is definetly the smallest of the 3 (from what I can tell) but it was just PERFECT for me! You can go to any of the 3 resorts and use the amenities so long as you stay on property, and you should absolutely use that to your advantage. I got my complimentary coffee and walked up to the beach for breakfast - definetly the right way to spend your morning! The room I had was a 1 bedroom, queen size, with kitchenette. Though it only had a shower (no tub...unfortunate), it did have a patio facing the water. This particular resort allows docking, which was super cool! It's peaceful, clean, and felt quite private compared to the average hotel or resort where people are almost crawling on top of you. If you are looking for some peace, quiet, and a dockside view, this is your place!”
