“While this is a busy location, my experience here was great! I walked in on a week day to pick up my rental car after my car was declared a total loss by my insurance. I was supposed to get a Toyota Camry but it had to be taken off the lot due to some much needed repairs, which I completely understood (it happens). Isabel Clark looked through her system/lot and immediately found me a similar car in terms of leather interior, being spacious, comfortable and gas efficient. She treated me like a VIP and took care of me. She knew what I was looking for and delivered! “Our only issue was that the SUV we booked was not available and we were given a mini van. However, we actually ended up loving the mini van. It was really helpful with a toddler at the beach. So it worked out! We were told we could take it to any location to exchange for an SUV if we wanted. All in all, we got a vehicle quickly and were on our way, and we returned it quickly and were on our way at departure. The van was nearly brand new and was an excellent vehicle to drive.”
