“This is an amazing eclectic boutique hotel. I would stay here over a Hilton any day. It feels like home, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and a Chef personally makes breakfast for the guest each morning. Do yourself a favor and visit this property on your next trip to this area.”

“Went out last night with my kids and husband. It was an amazing fun experience! Chuck(owner) is very nice! Playing at night gives a fun new challenge to the game. The baskets are perfectly lit for you to see in the dark. The upkeep is great for his intention of you playing at night in the dark. Amazing creative course.”

“AKS is old-school customer service. Austin goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. He was thorough in outlining the project tasks and was spot on with his timing estimates. The best part was his handy four-legged assistant, TRex!”

“Absolutely the best trip we have had. This place is fabulous. Maria is the best. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay. Her dogs are amazing and fun to have around. She and her sister even made a make shift outdoor movie theatre so we could watch Monday night football outside. The back patio is so nice and we even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. 100% we will be staying here again and again!!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality Maria!!!”

“This was my first time to the Keys, so my girlfriend and I stopped in to maybe get a map and possibly some ideas. Instead, what we got was Michael. Michael spent the next 30ish minutes walking us through all the best attractions on the 1. More impressive than his knowledge of the Keys was the fact he was able to write upside down while maintaining conversation. He provided us with an incredible map (see photos) with an abundance of info, again all written upside down and by memory. Michael, if you see this, you absolutely made our trip 100% better. Thank you.”

“A year's stay is worth it; as good as a 6-month in season rate, plus about $1000. Beautiful resort and the admin staff is fab and very friendly.”

“Rooms were newer and minimalist. No ice buckets or any typical hotel amenities. A fridge and large safe were provided. The room was not the cleanest, and we found long black hairs in the bed and shower. Someone also repeatedly knocked on the door during the night. The breakfast was just ok, mostly grab and go items like prepackaged sugary muffins and cereal/oatmeal. There were Jimmy Dean prepackaged breakfast sandwiches under a heat lamp that were dry and unappetizing. There was fruit cups but the fruit itself was a bit rotten. For families: No crib available. Blackout curtains work great and the area is quiet. There's also no tub and hard vinyl flooring. Seems to be a hotel geared for a solo business traveler and not super family friendly.”

“What a great place to stay on Siesta Key! My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary there this past weekend. Our bungalow was perfect, they provide beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs. We loved the dock on Heron Lagoon, the pool, and our own grill on our deck. We will definitely be back for our anniversary next year...maybe sooner!!”

“Very hospitable and welcoming.. even upon check-in at 3am.. and they were willing to accommodate us even though our reservation wasn't until the next day with no hassle.. Staff was consistent with daily check-ins to genuinely ensure we had everything we needed so we did not go without.. Upon check-out made us feel that we were welcomed to stay as long as we needed and/or warmly welcomed to return for any future stays. I have stayed in a lot of different types of hotels both higher end and some not so much but all in all it was nice to feel like a guest and not a person of suspect”

“I've lived here since 2017. For the most part, I have loved it. Quiet. The owner is friendly. The park manager is not. The pool is always clean. The showers and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The grass is always kept nice. It is very reasonably priced. Not dog or kid friendly for the most part, but a good place to stay if you are passing through. Bob McGlashen, the owner, is generous and kind. A reasonable man”

“While traveling to Miami Beach for a long weekend, we encountered flight cancellations and unexpectedly found ourselves needing 2 additional nights in the city. I called and was able to book a last minute “spring getaway” option and the experience at Fountainbleu was amazing. Probably among the top hotels/resorts in the city. The room was very nice, oceanfront view in the Sorrento Tower, the food options are outstanding and the pool and beach area is wonderful.”

“Used mountain bike to get out here and saw a hog, a turtle shell and a gator skull. Main campsite is very nice. Theres some trees to setup a hammock in the shade, a nice opening to look up at the stars and plenty of burnables thanks to the park rangers cleaning the sites up. Be sure to bring plenty of water and bug spray! Best of all the ranger I talked to was very informative and awefully cute :)”
