“This is an amazing community. Neighbors know each other and are friends. They watch out for each other and help each other. There are friendly group activities multiple times each day. There is golf, cards, cribbage, bingo, and shuffleboard to name a few. The pool is beautiful, and the community works together to maintain their beautiful area. Finally, the HOA for this community is less for a year than most other places are a month. To me it's a no brainer, when my husband turns 55 in 4 years, this is where we plan to be.”

“We have lived here full time for 8 months now and will probably be here till Jesus comes back!! We love it!! The rates are far better than anywhere else and it includes water, you just pay your electric. They take great care of the lawns. It’s so nice to know the staff are taking care of our mail and deliveries. Pam and Peggy are wonderful!! We had to transfer here from Utah and Pam was great to work with from Utah and we drove right in to our lot when we got here. We are grateful to have found our permanent home here at Citrus Hill😊😊”

“I stayed here for almost 2 weeks with my boyfriend. I found the park to have everything I needed and more. The pool & showers are nice and well-taken care of, and they include a laundry room which some parks don't have. The spot was a little tight, but it's in the middle of metropolitan Fort Lauderdale so that's to be expected. My boyfriend and I ride electric scooters and we found the roads to be really nice and well-paved - perfect riding roads. Nancy at the front desk was nice and accommodating as well, even when it was time for us to leave. Another plus side, its also not a far drive from downtown either! One thing I did not like would be that we weren't allowed to stay longer than 2 weeks. The front desk had stated it was policy, but from looking around and from reading reviews I see that there are people that stay longer so I felt a little offended by that however I didn't find out this information until after I left the park. But overall, good stay & would recommend.”
