“Henry is amazing. I called on a Tuesday and we made an appointment for Thursday. He showed up right on time. He diagnosed my NordicTrack E3800 very quickly. In and out within 35 minutes. 90 dollar service fee which he let me know up front on the phone. The issue with my treadmill - it was slipping and my front roller was the issue. 150 bucks for a new roller but Henry has been fixing treadmills for 20 years. He drilled through and fixed it with a metal screw and that piece will never break again. Charged me 25 for labor. With the tip I gave him all in 150 of the best dollars I have spent. He is honest, fair, polite, punctual and a Air Force veteran. Give him as much business as you can metro Atlanta.”
