“Was a little hesitant to stay here but the price was right and decided to try it based on the good reviews. Don’t hesitate - book it! You won’t regret it. We had a room on the second floor - vaulted wood ceilings - large room - sitting area - mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Lots of storage space. Grab some supplies from the nearby Costco and you are set. Went to the $ store and got some cutlery and mugs (hate drinking coffee out of cardboard). Included breakfast consisted of good coffee - juice - yogurt - granola bars. Perfect. Staff was professional and polite. Rooms quiet. Location perfect! Free parking. We visit all around the LA area and it was easy to get to any of the highways or the beaches. Pool was closed due to colder weather but looked clean. Would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“Good Quality Suites motel on I-71. Room was clean and comfortable. The common areas such as stairs could use a deep clean. Only stayed one night, and was able to get well rested. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't give any comments. Check-In was smooth and staff was efficient. Would stay again.”

“This place is a 10. 5 stars does not do it justice. It’s beautiful grounds outside. I love my morning and afternoon Coffee. U can sit outside and just relax and drink your Coffee and hear the birds singing in such pretty scenery. There’s a creek in the back and a place to build a fire where u can light up the night and have s’mores in a very romantic atmosphere if you want that. The host is Carolyn and she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She will see that you have what u need. There’s even lots of essential oils inside, and the place is decorated so very cute. I don’t know about you but my life gets busy and hectic. This place lets you unwind and just enjoy some quiteness and refresh yourself. U will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this place. Marie Causey”

“Update: We have been living here for a year and we love it. The small cottage life is right for our family. The Landlady LaTonya is very nice and funny. Our two bedroom cottage has had only one problem since we moved in. The toilet leaked but they fixed it that day. Can’t complain about our home. Many people gave this place a bad name but new management and Landlady LaTonya cleaned house and evicted a lot of people who dragged it down. She has cleaned up the place and made it a livelier place to live. The cottages are old, built in the 50’s. They ain’t got all the amenities that most new places have. But it has more than what you’d get in an apartment. A big yard, decorate to your taste, and allows pets. A house with no neighbors living above you or right next door. Every house gets a trashcan and there is no Dumpster (Yay). When I hear or see people say this place is ran by slum lords. I believe its people that lived here before LaTonya took over or some of the people she had to evict. The problem here is not the Owners. You gotta take care of your own yard and use an air conditioner and bring your own appliances. But in the long run, it’s basically like buying your own home. If you don’t clean it and let it go and your filthy and don’t do anything to change your habits for the better. Then its your fault your house is condemned. Not the Mortgage place. Not the city. So why would the Landlord-Landlady be responsible for cleaning up after you or keep letting you destroy the place and say things like (they are slumlords) when you never lifted a finger to do anything when was here. It p*ss’s me off to see grown a** children complaining about a good place just because they was the ones bringing it down.”

“My husband and I spent a weekend at The Asbury Inn from April 28-May 1. We were there site seeing and needed a central location to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast each day was very well prepared and tasty. The hotel is quiet and easy to move around in. We definitely want to go back to explore more. We will stay at The Asbury again.”

“This hotel was fantastic. The rooms and lobby are very modern, very clean, the breakfast was great. Had sausage and eggs and bagels and pancakes and muffins and cereal and fresh fruit. An oatmeal bar, good coffee, and a snack shelf to buy several different things. The beds were soft and comfy, the room was spotless and their soap smells awesome. I loved the pool table and rec area in the front. Very nice pool also, large outdoor pool. The price point is really quite reasonable for what you get. It is on the edge of town, not an ideal place to drive out too, but it is quite. So overall I give this hotel an 8/10 or a 4.6/5. Definitely will stay there again.”

“My family visited the Christmas display and gingerbread house competition display. It t was well worth the modest $5 admission and one hour drive. The lights and decor were beautiful, they had traditional music playing throughout the campus. There was a nice gift shop of hand crafted items, a tent serving hot beverages, and a food tent. They had propane gas fireplaces set up so you could eat or drink outside and enjoy the ambiance. The gingerbread houses ranged from the hilarious and traditional, to incredible astoundingly ornate masterpieces. There was a $5 donation to see them, well worth it for sure. The crowd ranged from families, couples young and old, and everything between. The excitement of the children and just seeing folks of all kinds enjoying the Christmas season was an uplifting evening for my family.”

Didn't see a thing so if you need a nice cozy affordable pet friendly room for a night or two. Go see them they'll take care of ya The man working the front desk went out of his way making sure I had everything I needed. An it didn't smell like weed in there either. “This place is super for one person, a couple or the whole family. They have really clean rooms, great coffee in your rooms and an awesome staff. Seriously, I didn't see one piece of trash on the ground. It's only a minute and a half from Disneyland and did i mention the awesome breakfast they have daily!? The location is conveniently located next to just about everything you might want or need. I am definitely recommending this place to anyone headed in that direction. I would also like to compliment the whole staff for being so very awesome! Everyone was so pleasant and spot on. Thank you so much, it was a pleasant stay and I'll be back.”
