“I stayed at this hotel for over a month in Feb/March/April 2022. Fantastic staff. Front desk staff was top notch, always willing to assist and improve things. Same with the maintenance crew and the Breakfast crew. All of these folks provided my business trip with a fantastic hotel experience. Hotel was clean do to an always busy housekeeping staff. I will definitely stay there again if i am ever in the area.”

The bathroom was great, the bed was alright, and i felt safe parking my car without bringing everything i own in the room.”

“I loved this place. I spent the night at the “Tru by Hilton” down the road the previous night, and that was a complete disaster. I regrettably opted for that place because it was a bit cheaper. Night and day difference with this one for only $20 more. The room was spacious, the walls were thick, guests were quiet and better behaved (I know they have no control over this but thought I should mention) and finally the breakfast was not too bad. One draw back would be the bathroom needs renovation, more specifically the tub. Stand ups are more preferable and the modern norm. I don’t know what psychopath is running a bath in a hotel anyway. All in all, very good stay and highly recommend!!”

“I wanted to leave a review to commend the on site Manager, Glimmer. My husband and I are long time RVers (as in seven plus years) so we have been to (and stayed in) countless parks. Over this last Summer we decided to look for a place to stay in the Louisville area. We spent a week at a park nearby Manor Isle but quickly learned there were numerous “rules” that seemed (to us) to be way outside the norm! Actually unrealistic, to be honest. During that week we began our search for a new park. I found Manor Isle and thought to myself “why not give them a call.” My husband and I are so happy I called! From my very first interaction with Glimmer, I was more than pleased! Not only do I love her unique name, but she’s knowledgeable, competent, and really just a joy to work with! She was so kind, patient, and thorough with me and believe me I had a gazillion questions! We made an appointment with her to come and see what sites she had to offer and check out the Park as well as the area. We found the park is quite nice and very well kept! Huge plus to us, as it shows management genuinely cares. Glimmer spent a wealth of time with us, because (naturally) my husband and I had more questions while on site. Again, Glimmer answered EVERY single one of them! Prior to our arrival Glimmer walked us through every single step of getting settled in by our scheduled/planned arrival date; all the pertinent information and telephone numbers of the companies we’d need to establish service with. She is incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we have! One night we thought our 20Amp was not working so I text Glimmer to see how we could tell. She IMMEDIATELY came over to our site/lot and got us all situated! It was late and it was VERY cold!! We really appreciated that she came over and fixed it so quickly! Bottom line is this, if you’re looking for a place to stay in the Louisville area, this one really fits the bill! It’s not only nice, it’s well maintained, safe, quiet (with the exception of road noise but you get that everywhere), and Glimmer responds as though she’s working for YOU, or that you’re the only one in the park! Incredible! For all the reasons I’ve mentioned in this review, we’d not only HIGHLY recommend your Park, we’d also have NO hesitation in returning! Thank you so much! AND ~ on those days when people may forget to thank Glimmer for all that she does, please give her a HUGE shout out from US!!”

There are newer hotels in the area, but hard to beat the price of this one, especially with the kitchen. Only had an interaction with one staff member, Robert, at the front desk and he was super friendly and helpful.”

I have never worked with a friendlier, more transparent insurance agent. When we ended up going with a policy that better suited our needs (which was a letdown, because we really wanted to work with Jason!), he made himself available to reassess the policy and meet our needs in the future. “Maren (colorist) and Joseph (stylist) are the BEST! My hair has a tendency to pull red so it's always been a battle with colorists to get my perfect color with gold highlights. Maren nails it every time no matter what changes I want to make. Joseph's cuts are so perfect and he never judges me for snipping at my bangs myself! These two are TALENTED and this doesn't come lightly from me, as I am ultra sensitive about my hair after having so many poor experiences in the past. Go see them. You won't regret it.”

“This is a beautiful and well maintained park. I went Thursday of this week and intended to spend about two to three hours but instead spent all day. It was a great day. Another person just posted it was twenty each but it is $12.00 for regular admission. It was not crowded and very clean. You are given a map with times on it of talks the staff give about the animals. In between I went to the great museum that is closed two times daily to clean. It has so much to view and learn and places to sit. The staff will stop whatever they are doing to help and answer questions. Great p,ace and had a great time. The museum alone was worth it but there is so much more to see. Seeing the former champion horses and the oldest living Derby winner was icing on the cake. Great day, great value. I will be back.”

“Enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we got a room late at night so didn't spend a lot of time here. The staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful. They did a great job of cleaning and making sure everything was done right with Covid and all. The rooms looked recently upgraded so that was nice. I will say the breakfast bag they offer does not do much of anything so that should be changed. The Hampton Inn in Simpsonville has the regular breakfast going so need to change that. Overall nice stay and recommend if in the area.”
