“We came because of a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we listened! This place is amazing! The vibe is very casual and fun. They have a very small grocery with only local products. So cool. We ordered the Kale Apple salad and the Local Supreme pizza. They were both so fresh and busting with flavor. Total food happiness. I would have included a picture but we ate it so fast. Birch is one of the owners and was completely personable and introduced himself and took an interest in us and chatted for 3-4 minutes. This is an immediate new favorite. “Aug 2022; I've been wanting to try their Tex-Mex Burger, a bit messy but very good. Burger with cheese, diced tomatoes, diced pineapple, shredded lettuce, ham, and fried egg. (Sliced vegetables would have been neater instead of diced). French fries came a bit underdone for my taste, and would have preferred the cheese on side instead of poured over, still very good. Have also posted new menus effective end of July. Very large menus, bit cumbersome to handle. Noticeable price increase on all items, inflation. June 2022; dined outside on the patio, which is enclosed so the little ones won't wander off, and nicely lit. Once again our meal was exceptional and we'll keep returning. The Boss Burrito is more than a meal and stuffed well with meat, the Acapulco plate was again awesome, added grilled pineapple for an additional change. April 2022; for Tuesday night they were fairly busy, and slow on service which is very unusual. Food still excellent, Acapulco dinner was awesome as well as the Shrimp Tacos. Excellent dinner meal, chicken, shrimp, and spinach was awesome. Definitely will be returning.”

“Well I’m not the first but I had to come in. I was going to order from a local pizza place but they closed at 11pm. Someone suggested Goodfellas and it wasn’t just open it was bustling, bright and alive! Not only were they were creating and baking fresh pizzas, there were 25 people in line waiting to but a slice! The facility was clean and looked well maintained. Ordering a whole pie took a while but by the slice was quick and efficient. The staff were alive for that hour of the evening and attentive! Overall great experience!! Highly recommend!”

“Stopped in this KFC after a long drive Sunday evening. I had told my husband how great the fried chicken sandwich was at KFC (eaten at other locations). I ordered the Chicken sandwich basket as it came with 3 yes 3 sides and a drink for $9.25. not a bad price. When we got our order, the sandwich looked smaller than when I ordered the sandwich alone. Also they forgot the pickles which really makes the sandwich!! So good (lots of sides) and bad (no pickles). Of course I'll still visit KFC but am concerned that quality varies from store to store.”

“I’ll start by saying my hot brown looked nothing like the picture- but it was still great tasting- so oh well! This restaurant is a gem for this area because there are few other places outside Lexington where you can get high quality eats like this. The menu had plenty of options and the atmosphere was also good. It was surprisingly busy too- which was a welcome sight. We got the hot brown and then a vinaigrette salad with blackened fish. We were surprised at how much fish they actually gave us- but also how little hot brown we got. No issues though because we shared and it was more than enough for both of us. Again, the quality of food (pretty much not being the normal fried whatever) was welcome and this will be a definite repeat for us.”

“Review not about Krystal, it's about Subway next door. This Subway consistently has the best food and freshest veggies. For family stuff I travel from Kentucky to Tennessee and Indiana as well as the Chicago area. Whenever I have a choice I stop at Subway and this particular is #1 in my book. As a bonus the attached Shell station has the best gas at the cheapest price in the area.”

“Our waitress was incredible and made the experience so welcoming! I would go back just for her. My silverware had super crusted on old food bits on the fork probably from going through an industrial dishwasher without the particles getting scraped off first so that was gross, but I ate with chopsticks to avoid it. The E-Breezy cocktail was also very good, but it took a while to get the drinks to our table. The sushi was pretty good as well. I could have used more eel sauce on my roll, which is pictured. I think if you’re paying for ingredients that are going on your roll, it should go on the roll rather than a small dab on the side, but the presentation was obviously nice. The sushi rice was good on the rolls. The hibachi meals we ordered were good and the kitchen remembered to accommodate for a food request we had for one of the meals and that was very appreciated. The steak was seasoned well and it was tender. Overall, the experience was good, just had a couple hiccups.”

Mainly bar found although I really like their breakfast! The owners of restaurant have made RV spots right on river looking down toward Markland Dam plus right across the Ohio River is Belterra Casino. There are three Marina’s within five minutes of restaurant. Summer time lot of Motorcycles groups stop by! Come on down n have a cold one!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️”

“This place is a must try! We went for my husband's birthday dinner with friends. The owner and staff are so pleasant, they treated us like family. We booked the outside seating, had appetizers, dinner, drinks, and dancing. We definitely kept them open later than their normal hours, but they never rushed us. We had an amazing time. Best dishes were the Gobi Manchurian, chicken 65, and malai kofta. They even brought out a special dessert set up for my husband with a candle upon request. Highly recommend this place!”
