“The food is good! I had the personal pizza with pepperoni but they sadly forgot my pepperoni. I had it a few nights ago too and it was way better with pepperoni lol. If you do get the pizza get ranch! The ranch made it so much better. I was very excited for the spaghetti but it sadly wasn’t as good as expected. The meatballs were great but the sauce not as much. The service was great and I really liked them!! Everyone working was super sweet!”

I hadn't heard of it before and I wasn't very sure about it. However, what I was interested in was a southern meal that kind of stood out from your regular meal that someone may cook at home. So, when I ran across from a random search of restaurants the Johnson's Kitchen restaurant my son and I hopped in the car and decided to give it a try. The inside of the restaurant was warm clean actually surprisingly well/comfortably designed with a homey feel. Now, I must say like me my son I am very picky. He's 12. When he first bit in his food he exclaimed. And to me that's to say a lot. I was immediately comfortable with the idea of eating the food because I knew from that the food was probably pretty good. And everything I bit into was absolutely delicious. The portions were definitely great.The one thing I love about a great meal is not only does it look very good, it actually tastes just as good as good as it looks! Needless to say, we've ( my son and I) already talked about how satisfied 😌 we were with our meals expressing how much we needed to go back! It wasn't particularly crowded so I'm not sure why it took so long for our orders. We ordered the eggrolls as an appetizer and they were fantastic. We finished our appetizer and it took at least thirty minutes before our entree was brought out. To add disappointment, my entree was incorrect. I didn't complain because I didn't want to wait another thirty minutes before receiving the proper order. The cost of the two entrees was the same so I just ate what was brought. The food was good as usual. We will return because everyone can have a bad night. Hopefully things will be back to normal.”

“This place is a wonderful little secret in the New Orleans Marina area. It is situated right on the bank of the canal that leads to the marina, and you can access it by coming from West End Park. The menu is mostly typical bar food - wings, fried things, etc, and all of that is EXCELLENT. What is most surprising is the pizza - I’ve had it several times and it is terrific! The vibe is very, very laid back… people bring their dogs, everyone’s very friendly. There is an indoor section and an outdoor section, I guess that is the dock itself. It is always a treat to sit outside when the weather is nice. Recommend 5/5!”
