“Um idk where to start. I got my rc fishing boat off ebay. One of my propellers stop working. I was able to reach out to Fosh Fun Co. With no problem. To fix the problem they sent out new reciever and transmitter with great instructions on how to redo everything. 1 motor had wires crossed from factory mistake. They have blocks to show the infinite amount of configurations you can do with your pieces, which makes the process less overwhelming since you can visually see it. From there, we just had to pick out the fabric and cushion type and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and provided us with good feedback for us to make a well informed decision.”

“Hagopian services recently went above and beyond in servicing my rug. I had purchased a rug at another store that needed to be shortened. The only option at that store would have created a cheap looking finish using a machine. Ahmed Zamzam from Hagopian hand cut and sewed the edges so that it closely resembled the original. He restarted the process three different times to achieve the excellent results that I have. I was so pleased to be able to keep the rug I really liked at the size I needed all at a reasonable price. I will continue to use the excellent services of Hagopian.”

“I went to the Novi location today and the two young lady cashiers were incredibly helpful. I bought a baseball mitt, a softball mitt, an umbrella, and a Mountain Dew (20 oz.) and a Propel (kiwi strawberry) for my daughter. The umbrella did not have a tag on it so there was some concern about how much it cost. I realized that I had not actually opened the umbrella to see if the tag was caught up inside the umbrella (though I had removed the cover but did not find the tag directly under the cover). I mentioned to the cashiers that I had not actually opened the umbrella to check for the tag. One of the cashiers did not want to open the umbrella, so I offered to go back to the rack and check other umbrellas by opening them. The other cashier kindly said that there was no need to do that but she would figure it out without having to open other umbrellas. She looked up the price of the umbrella on some electronic device and was able to find it that way (the drinks rang up just fine, and so did the mitts). She kindly verified the perceived price of one of the mitts. Once all of the confusion about the umbrella price was cleared up, the cashier also explained some useful information about the rewards program and a little about a credit card, and some differences therein. She seemed very knowledgeable about the reward program and her expertise really shined through. Very nice understanding of the program, ladies. Nice job.”

“Prescription is an expensive one and must be shipped in a cooler. 4 years of experience with Accredo and most has been positive. The issues I have had were normally because Accredo required additional information, or recertification of the prescription. I have come very close to running out of my prescription a few times as a result of this Dr./Pharmacy communication, but has always been resolved with a couple phone calls. After resolved, Accredo has always made sure the prescription got to me before I was totally out.”
