“I purchased a new kitchen faucet and needed it installed. I called a different plumbing company in the Rochester area and they said the earliest they can come out was 3 weeks. Then I called Carters on Friday and they said they can install it on Monday (3 days later). Carters sent me a text message the day before the appointment letting me know the plumber would be at our house between 12pm and 5pm. The day of the appointment, Carters called me and said the plumber is on the way. Communication was excellent with this company. Derrick showed up and was starting to pick up the Amazon boxes that happened to be on my porch and bring them inside, totally nice guy. He was very professional and provided the estimate before doing anything and my wife signed and said she was OK with the price. I see some reviews saying Carter’s charges too much, once you receive the estimate, you are free to make a decision to have them do the work for the price quoted or tell them no thanks. The install was great and he cleaned up everything and left. I will use Carter’s again. We didn’t have any issues with the company or Derrick. No need for a picture, everyone knows what a kitchen faucet looks like…”

“I experienced the unfortunate event of driving over a plastic garbage bag in the road. It was immediately wrapped around the drive shaft and sucked right into the rear differential of my 1500 Ram truck. It started leaking oil so we replaced the fluids and the seal. While doing that we discovered plastic was embedded in the bearings and an overhaul was required. I called around to multiple shops and dealerships. R&P of Oakland was the only place that understood the exact issue (they've had to fix it many times), gave us a quote on the phone that ended up being almost dead on, and provided excellent customer service. I knew my truck would be in great hands and that the work would be done correctly. They treated me and my husband with respect and professionalism the entire time. They even saved the destroyed bearings to show us how much plastic was hiding behind there. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon, with the estimated pickup of Friday afternoon. They called me Tuesday morning saying they had a cancellation and the truck was already being worked on. We were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Couldn't recommend this team enough. Their quality of work is unmatched. If you need any axle work done this is the place. Thank you SO much!”

He's a very genuine guy, and is truly passionate about music. In the 1 song we recorded at his studio, he would hear ideas and share them with our band to see if we liked them. He goes above and beyond to make sure that your project is the best possible thing it can be. The place was exceptionally clean and well kept. There was a TON of gear options available at disposal to capture the greatest sound possible. I would highly recommend this studio to any music creator. We are for sure coming back!!!”
