“My brother and I had our mom in this facilty for 2.5 years and it was wonderful! The staff was very caring and professional, taking care of mom and making sure she had everything she needed. The dining room was well decorated and very clean, as was the entire building. The food was excellent and I even had some chicken quasadillas that I had to have a doggy bag to take back to the hotel because they gave me so much. Her room was huge and right across the hall from the dining area. They had plenty of activities for the residents to partake including music concerts every month. When mom passed earlier this year the staff was truly heartbroken, 3 even came to the funeral home to pay their respects. This meant a great deal to the family and proof that they live by example and not just words. We both highly recommend Botsford Commons to anyone who cares about where their elders will spend the remainder of their lives. This is truly a home.”

Thanks to the great staff, servers Kirsten Tanya and the management team for pulling off a wonderful experience. The food all came out hot and in a timely manner for such a large group. The atmosphere is lively and full of fun memorabilia. The fans are shaped like French fries. The bourbon bbq burger and BBQ chicken sandwich were good. “We had a good meal. We started with the Fried Green Tomatoes. Being a southern gal, I have eaten a lot of this in my life. They were really good. Any time I've ordered this dish at different restaurants they were always greasy. Not so this time. My husband ordered Frog Legs. I am not terribly adventurous with food, but I tried them. I was surprised. The texture and flavor were much more delicate than I was expecting. I ordered Crab Cakes, also good. I chose red skin potatoes as my side. They were just boiled (which the server told me when I ordered), so they just needed some butter, salt and pepper. Our server was really nice and tolerated me in a chatty mood :-). I also have no complaints with the atmosphere. All good.”
