“My Father in Law was staying at Ideal Senior Living, but unfortunately he passed recently . My wife and I dealt with his decline over the last three years at multiple adult care organizations. I felt compelled to share some of our experiences with others who will follow in our footsteps. We originally had him in a brand new large senior care facility that was beautiful, but they lacked the ability and employees to properly care for my Father in Law (this seems to be a common issue with many facilities). We moved him into Ideal Senior Living last June and our experience with this organization has been fantastic. Yes, the facility is beautiful, super clean and the meals are great, but more importantly the care my Father in Law received was exceptional. He was treated with truly loving care from ALL the employees and was able to live his last days in peace. I think it is also important to point out that Romelia and her team treated my Father in Law in such a way to allow him to gain back his self respect and dignity before he passed. “Dr Brateman has been my PCP for 15+ years. The problems associated with their high patient volume are frustrating from a patient standpoint, (staff is sometimes short, you have to ensure your symptoms are heard and addressed, etc) but I extend my patience to the office because the quality of care is worth it. He's easy to talk to, he cares about his patients, he's a great conversationalist, and his expertise in the world of medicine is palpable. A particular time when I was uncharacteristically ill and nobody knew what was going on with me, he went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure I weathered the episode well. Dr. Mondrusova has worked with me a few times when covering for Dr. Brateman, and I have only had good experiences with her, as well.”

“I shop here at least 3x a week. The feedback on here surprises me very much. I have never experienced anyone rude in the pharmacy. Ever! On the contrary, Tristan is an amazing human being. Always helpful and kind. As is the taller younger young lady. Even the majority of the cashier's are polite and friendly. The younger employees tend to not understand how to communicate with people but that's just a sign of the times unfortunately. The adult cashier's are always lovely to talk to. I suppose you get back what you put out there, hmmm? Kindness and patience are wonderful virtues to practice.”

Good customer service VALUE for THE MONEY 👎🏿- it's bit expensive and for 18 holes it's $47+ and course could have great shape. PACE of the PLAY 👍 Pace of the play need to improve little bit.”

He knows the right questions to ask to help me pinpoint exactly what I need done. He always prints a few sample pages before running the entire print job & he gives me suggestions on how to get the best quality of prints. He actually charges less than places like UPS or Office Depot, who charge top dollar for sub standard work from their $10/hour employees who are only concerned about making a sale. He used to be at Maybee and Sashabaw, which is 10 minutes from me. He moved to Clarkston Road & I followed him. I drove 25 minutes to his new shop because I knew that I was guaranteed to get top notch results. I have always been highly satisfied with his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional printing company.”

“Last night I spent an hour under the care of Amy. She listened to concerns about existing back pain and then gave me a wonderful massage that was tailored to my needs. I feel like a new man this morning. If I had known that the tables were heated I would have gone over the winter. I was warm and the room felt secure. The towels were fresh and smelled of pleasant fabric softener. She used just the right amount of oil so that I wouldn't be washing it off for days. I will be returning to this establishment for monthly massages.”
