“I have recently used Home Instead to care for my mom who's battling Alzheimer's Disease. The care we received from this service was top notched and professional at the highest level. Jaclyn Michael, our Quality Assurance Coordinator, met us at my mom's home to get an accurate assessment of the care needed and who to match her up with for that need. She took her time, asked questions, and engaged with my mom on a very caring level. The caregiver she provided was excellent. Fidelia, took care of my mom like she was a member of her own family. She was always on time, diligent and if she needed anything or had a question about my mom's behavior, would not hesitate to communicate this with me. All in all I'm a lifetime fan of Home Instead and even recommended them to my best friends's dad, for in home care.”

“I started the program at the end of April 2021 at 325 lbs. I went through the initial process and lost 54lbs I did an encore and lost another 47lbs for a total of 101 lbs. I went into maintenance and did well but I put some weight back on so I did another encore this past August and have lost another 26 lbs. my wrist went down 9”, my shirt size went from 4x to a large. “Having an aging relative means a constant influx of new prescriptions. If you have ever tried to call a CVS, you quickly discover that they never answer the phone, you are in an endless computerized loop. Press 9 to check on the status of a prescription, and after pressing 9 it wants you to enter a mysterious prescription number, that of course you don't have. At that point the computer tells you to go online and check the patient's account, which of course they don't have, because they are 80 years old and don't go online. It's so refreshing to just call Walmart pharmacy, a real person answers the phone, and tells you that the prescription is ready for pickup. Or that the prescription was sent to a different pharmacy, or that the prescription was never called in. But at least you talk to a real person instead of spending 20 minutes pressing buttons.”

“Dr salas is a very competent surgeon. My wife had 2 disks in her neck pressing on her nerve causing numbness in her right arm and causing her to drop things. Dr salas showed us the xrays and explained what was happening in a way that was understandable to both of us. She explained what was involved with the surgery and the risks involved. With much consideration my wife decided to go ahead with the surgery. The procedure corrected the issue and after 3 months in a neck brace 24 7 she now has no more pain or numbness in her arm. Our deepest appreciation to Dr salas for what she did for my wife and I can never thank her enough. My wife also has lower back pain from a disk pressing on the nerve. She is having relief from the pain clinic but if needed she will call on Dr salas once again for that surgery. We highly recommend Dr Salas. Sarah and Ron Sledge”
