“**Edit - I feel the need to make an edit on my review. I still think the pizza overall is good but I'm tired of waiting in a huge line for 15-20 min and then another 15-20 min to get a slice or two of pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. You wait all that time after ordering and you get basically cold slices. Why the wait then? I always see pies right there on the counter that slices can be grabbed from very quickly and easily. But for some reason there's always a long line and a long wait. It doesn't seem they have any type of management ever or anybody who's in charge just a bunch of teens high School / college kids who obviously have no idea had to do things efficiently. Yet after waiting in a long line to order to in turn wait another fifteen or more minutes for a slice they sure do push the tip. I agree with others the seaside heights location does a much better job. This place really needs to do something with having somebody there who is in charge and keeps things moving. People coming there want to grab a quick slice for themselves or their hungry kids. They don't want to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a slice or two. ** Great pizza. Big slices. Limited seating but at least they have some tables which is nice. Other places have none. Line can be long because it's popular and they send every slice to do a turn in the oven so it can be a bit before you order and get your slice. Not big on when you pay it asks you for a tip before completing the transaction as many places do nowadays and the cashier points out the tip feature. You're literally taking my order and someone else is handing me a slice of pizza. Not a tipping situation. And yes I've worked in multiple food settings including pizzerias. People don't tip when getting a slice usually. I did have one person who said if you don't want to tip just hit no tip and because she said that I tipped her. I appreciated that. Nice option if you want something quick and relatively inexpensive compared to the other restaurants on the boardwalk.”

“was excellent. The owners run the place by themselves so it’s a genuine mom and pop spot. The owner, took her time explaining the menu and restaurant experience to me. We were first served with side dishes and Miso soup. I liked the horseradish the best and the owner made sure I took an extra side of horseradish home with me. Decided to try the Beef Burrito, Seafood Hot Stone Bowl and Bulgogi Hot Stone Bowl. At the end we were offered Muchi Korean Donuts on the house, not yet on the menu, owner wanted us to try them. The restaurant itself is very clean and new. The owners really take pride in the business which we saw in service and tasted in our food. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for Korean food or want new excitement for your taste bugs.”

Lobster rolls, both Maine with mayonnaise and Connecticut with warm butter, are $23 each and are both excellent, as is the cole slaw that comes with. Tater tots are really good too. Clam chowder was also very tasty. Overall great experience and can't wait to go back.”

“Stopped in for lunch and they had a good selection of choices to pick from. I got the griot with sweet plantain and rice and peas. My husband likes all his food moist with sauce so we got some gravy from the chicken in sauce and it was so good. Good amount of heat in the sauce and the meat was fresh and not tough. The rice was fluffy and light and the plantains were a perfect match to the meat. We also got 2 chicken patties and 2 beef patties and they were ok. The meat to pastry ratio is off so you end up eating more pastry than meat which is disappointing. The meat had great flavor but they should make it smaller so the meat stands out more. The dough was buttery and flaky and had a good bite. Overall, it was a good experience. The customer service was a bit dry but polite. I would definitely go back to try more things and would recommend this spot for authentic Haitian food.”

“I had this place on my radar to go to since they opened several years ago. I finally stopped in yesterday for the first time for lunch. I was greeted warmly by the hostess and waitstaff as soon as I arrived. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is spectacularly beautiful. I could really see this place really hopping in the summer months. My server Jamie was friendly and very attentive, and the food came out super fast. The menu is a tad small and a bit odd, but from what I was told, nothing can be substituted. I do, however, agree with several other reviewers that the prices are pretty high for the amount of food that is served. I ordered the Crab Cake and the Maine Lobster Roll, and both were very tasty, but again, I wish there was more for the price. The Whale Mary cocktail was absolutely fantastic. I even got complimentary french fries to go with my order because of a mix-up. Overall, I was pretty happy with my experience and would dine here again in the future.”

“Great little venue for a concert. Saw They Might Be Giants. Sound was great. Lighting was great. 2 very large and we'll stocked bars. Air conditioning was non existent. That and the lack of seats gives them 4 stars. Cool note, the back half of the room is planks laid over the bowling alleys. Wow!”

“The beach in the winter. Recent visit to the historic Wonder Bar in Asbury Park NJ. Big Up to Tina and J-Jenn! One could occupy many rabbit holes researching this spot, the people, shows etc. On this day it was lunch. A fresh made beef burger and a local IPA. Accomplished! “This is the place in Asbury where the locals go for great, authentic Italian food. Was bustling on a Sunday night. Service was friendly, warm and prompt. I had the veal Parmigiana. Sauce tasted like home, veal was lean and cooked perfectly. Family style house salad was fantastic with the house Anchovy and Garlic dressing. A coffee and a Cannoli completed dinner on a perfect note.”
