“I had the good luck on three separate occasions to run into Kevin, a dept. manager who seems to know where absolutely everything in the store is located! Not just my items, but other customers who approached Kevin as he was helping me. They'd ask where to find an item and without even having to think about it, he directed them to it. Not just the aisle, but which side,how far down and let's say: eye level, near the top,etc.! I'm 55 yr.s old and have been in a lot of hardware stores and garden centers, I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone so spot on and pleasant before as this guy. Next time, if I'm not sure where my stuff is I'm not looking for it, I'm looking for Kevin M.”

So, you may not get the trendiest chair, but you can probably find one in your price range. They maintain a list of reasonably priced local folk who will deliver your furniture. All in all, it's a great value for a great cause.”

“Sears is good at a few things. The car service is reliable and some good deals on tires. The tools are alright, prices aren't bad and selection of brand name tools is decent. Appliances always seems to a selection for fridges and dishwashers but not much else. They used to sell more but cut back to products they are better at. So if you plan to go to Sears go for something they are known for.”
