“I had ordered online an outside Christmas snowman and was told I could pick it up at store in Bay Shore. When I got there it was no where to be found. Cindy , the young lady at pick up for online purchases, went out of her way to tract down this snowman. She saw that another store had it and sent someone to pick it up and said they would call as soon as it arrived. Sure enough a young lady by the name of Kerry called to say they had it for me. These two young ladies where so pleasant and I can't thank them enough for their care .While I shopped a little more two other employees took time to direct me to the area I needed and said if they could be of any more help just ask. Love this customer service which you cannot find very often any more. ”
