When I walked in there was one guy making pizza, making wigs, boxing the food, cashiering, and answering the phones. “I've only been to this Taco Bell two or three times in the last year, but they consistently have the friendliest employees. They never act like they wish they weren't there or act as though your questions are annoying. Sadly, in Raleigh, most fast food employees are rude and could care less if your order is correct and this has been going on for years, not just during the pandemic. So I like to give huge shout outs to places that have employees that go above and beyond. I also feel like when this is a consistency across the board, then a lot of credit has to be given to the management for hiring and training these friendly, patient employees.”
