“We went through the drive thru. The drive thru isn’t very easy to get through it has a sharp corner and we always think we are going to hit the rim of my tire. They are very fast in the drive thru. We usually go for breakfast. We got 2 ham biscuits and biscuits and gravy. The food is always good and hot and the staff is always friendly. We are there most weekends.”

“Ridiculously good tacos. Fantastic attention to detail on every aspect of the taco. The meat is well seasoned, tender, and crisped up on the edges. The orange sauce is spicy and flavorful. The green sauce is less spicy and slightly tangy. Cilantro and onion is a must for me, they were fresh and finely chopped. Plus Coke in a glass bottle. What’s not to love. Keep up the great work!!”

“I forgot to take picture of my tacos. The good: The chicken was amazing. The green beans were good. It was neat and clean. The somewhat bad: It was pricey. Meal was almost $19 for Lunch. It was not busy so I thought it would be quiet. I needed to use WiFi and make a few calls. The music was so loud I had to step outside to make phone calls. I would definitely eat here again when I didn't mind the noise. Overall good experience I just aim to give accurate reviews.”

“I'm shocked to see this place has only a 3.7/5 rating. My wife and I just moved to Wake this spring and finally went to this restaurant for the first time Friday evening. We had outdoor projects going on at home so just wanted to grab a beer and order some wings to go. We were greeted at the bar by a really nice younger guy -- sorry I can't remember his name... but he explained the way things worked, gave us great advice and promptly took our order. A few minutes later the GM, Perry Ramsey, walked by checked on us and engaged in a conversation...we asked him what his favorite wing flavor was, he told us and then said I am going to bring you both 2 different flavors to try... we both loved them and could not believe how friendly and genuine Perry was. He let us know he had only been managing the place for a couple months... I can promise you if his staff has even close to the same friendly approach he does.... ratings and reviews are going to skyrocket at this place. The wings we got were excellent and we didn't even end up eating them until we reheated them Saturday. The people make the store. Mr. Ramsey is a wonderful human and we are going to be enthusiastic advocates for him and his restaurant. I think I might like the dry rubs we got better than any of the sauces!”

“Stopped by as we waited for a concert…best decision! Chopped pork sandwich was perfect. Tender, juicy, and seasoned well. Great sauces to complement. Their slaw pairs with the que amazingly! Not the largest menu but has the essentials. Not too much to overwhelm you. Seating area is quaint with bar seating available. Servers were very helpful, too. No dry cups on the table. “I went to Harbor Inn Seafood and I got the fried seafood platter with fried catfish and clam strips. The platter came with fries and hush puppies. The food was a 10/10 recommend! The catfish was delicious and the clam strips were nice and crunchy. The only reason I gave a 4/5 on the food was because of the cake. The cake itself was good but definitely didn’t have enough frosting and the layers of frosting were extremely uneven and thin, as you can see in the picture below. Overall I will go back here again, but I’ll leave the cake in the display window!”

“I came to this location not so long ago after hearing about it from some friends. I live in Mint Hill but I was in the area for work and I decided to try this place out. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The ladies that were in the restaurant both helped me out and recommended chimi shrimp tacos and the carne asada fries. SPOT ON!!!! One of the ladies was actually the manager, and the other was a supervisor . Both have outstanding attitudes and really helped me and guided me through the menu. They even have specials everyday, like Tuesdays. Tacos being $1.50. Food came out fast and it was delicious. friendly staff, salsa bar is free and delicious! definitely try this place out !!!”

“JJ’s Mama’s lived up to the HYPE. JJ’s was featured on Hungry Black Man Instagram page. I drove all the way from Charlotte to check out the food and it did not disappoint.
