“Large grassy RV sites with enough trees, but only a very few available. Reservations strongly recommended.Mostly permanent residents, however very clean and well maintained. Only one washer and dryer available. Better to go into Garner if you ave more than one load. No picnic table or firepit, but we didn't need them. Grocery pretty close, in Clayton. Some road noise from the highway, but we pretended it was ocean sounds. Convenient to Raleigh/Durham amenities. We would stay here again. Stayed for a week for a reasonable price in a 5th wheel.”

“I love this place. The Maze Stone itself is an incredible artifact, created by a culture that predates the modern tribes from the area. It's possible it was carved by Chinese explorers that came to San Jacinto in the 400's AD according to ancient records int he royal archives in Beijing. Who knows. It's a medicine wheel, of course. “Woodland Mobile Home Park Hickory, NC. Where do I begin ... First of all I have to acknowledge the property manager for her just being so amazing. She's like a mother to some of us younger owners/tenents. She's kind & caring where the park needs it but also firm & outspoken where the park needs it. Woodland is always clean & well taken care of. The events for the children and teens are always something that's a priority. We all come together as a community & help one another where needed. My neighbors are the best. We have zero crime in our park & everyone of every age always feels safe. I'm proud to be an owner of a mobile home in Woodland Estates & would recommend my community to anyone wanting to live in a family oriented environment. All ages, races & nationalities being able to build a community as awesome as ours has been a true blessing to have moved into.”

“Came out to see a house on Howell today. Nice neighborhood, quiet, nothing but friendly faces. The office lady, Dawn, was the absolute sweetest most down to earth person. I've went to around 4-5 different places this past week to look at places for rent. Oakland Meadows stuck out the most. The neighborhood was very clean, even the dumpster area. Super shocked by that. Every neighbor that was outside smiled and waved. Very warming neighborhood!”
