“I have bought several nail aprons and woodworking vests in the past. The vests were good quality, made with pretty heavy canvas, but they only last three or four years before they simply wear out - the pockets tear and they are just 'done'. When my latest canvas vest wore out, I started looking for something better and discovered Leather by Dragonfly. After going through the entire custom-fitting process and waiting anxiously for my new apron, it finally came. What a wonderful apron it is! custom designed to hole the tools I use most often, each in its own pocket. Stitching is heavy-duty, and the rivets on the corners of the pockets ensure long life. I have no doubt it will last the rest of my life, and probably another generation or two! I am VERY happy with my new apron. Patrick and Michelle are great to work with, and give wonderful customer service.”

They let you try different products to find a good substitute; but never make you feel bad if item isn’t a good fit. Great deals on coils. Additionally, the staff is super knowledgeable on the other products they sell, and will take the time to explain. I always feel like I’m the only customer in the shop, even when it’s busy. How many places can you say that about these days?!”

“I purchased a used portable concentrator and it worked fine until it stopped 2 weeks ago. I tried calling several suppliers in my local area and none would work on them. Finally one of them gave me Repair Authority’s number. I called and was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I live in Kentucky, about 5 hours from them, so they gave me mailing instructions. They let me know when they received my concentrator, then sent an email the next day itemizing the repair and cost. They fixed and shipped back to me in one additional day. The turnaround was fast and my concentrator is working great. I would highly recommend this company. They understand how people who require supplement oxygen need their equipment fixed quickly. I give them 10 stars!!!”
