“Went to Automotive Specialty Services today for an oil change. I was very impressed with them from the start. Finally a auto service company that understands the meaning of customer service. The staff was as nice on the phone as they were in person. The shop waiting area was clean and welcoming. My vehicle was taken in right away to start the work. Shortly after, Casey came out and walked me back to the shop bays to show me some things that they found. I did not feel pressured at all to pay for additional repairs. I felt that they really cared about their customers and wanted to make sure I was educated on the issues. I will definitely use them again in the near future. I also enjoyed the cookie they provided as a thank you at check out; it was a nice touch.”

“Shannon did a wonderful job with my 1 year old for his first haircut. While I don’t have anything negative to say about snip its up the street I did feel like Sharkey’s gave a better experience and has more versatility in their seating arrangements to make your child comfortable. Additionally I was able to get in at 9am very easily on a Saturday whereas snip its didn’t have an opening until 10:30 the same morning. That alone was worth the few extra bucks I paid to have my son's hair cut”

“Excellent service from Evan and Maria whenever we stop in! My wife and I noticed the cheese isn’t as good as it used to be a few months back. We wouldn’t recommend getting anything with cheese until they change back to the cheese that actually melts. Hopefully their corporate office is aware of how poor their new product is and changes it back to good stuff, till then we unfortunately are going to make the journey to the North Olmsted location so we can enjoy the delicious cheese there.”

“Matt Chase listens carefully and pays attention to his clients preferences. We were thankful for his directness in place of your typical sales pitch. When we started the hunt, Matt took us to look at a variety of houses at a few different price points with the intention of narrowing down what we like and dislike. He closed his mouth and opened his ears. Too many salespeople do not understand this simple concept. The second time we went to look at houses we narrowed it down further and then finally we found the perfect house. I know many people who looked at dozens upon dozens of homes before finding the house. I think this is because they have a realtor that doesn’t listen or pay attention. When it came down to negotiations Matt helped with strategy and although he let me take the lead on offers and counters, he gave good practical advice based on his experience. I am 100% confident that Matt helped get us the best deal. At one point, the seller on a house we ended up not ultimately buying offered Matt a higher commission percentage if he closed us at a certain price. A tempting offer to anyone. Matt instead asked the seller to deduct what the commission increase would have been from the price that we would pay. It was more important to Matt to get us a better deal than to cash a bigger check. Matt is a true real estate professional and has been our advocate from day one. I highly recommend him to friends family and any reader of this review.”

“I had won a gift certificate in a raffle from my gym for Next Level Therapy. I severely injured my back and my coach encouraged me to use it. That’s how I found these wonderful women. When I walked (bent over and using a cane) into the office, I was in tears. My pain level was easily an 8 or higher. I had been to 5 different doctors including a spine specialist. All of them had just thrown medications at the symptoms. I had no answers and no path to recovery. “Took my 3 year old son here today and let me just say the experience was AMAZING. My son has sensory issues and from the moment we stepped in the door his stylist Kristy was absolutely amazing with him. They were so attentive to him, made him laugh, let him be apart of his own haircut, and was so patient and understanding of him. Haircuts have always been very traumatic for my son, and always ends in a huge sensory overload meltdown with lots of tears. so we go so long in between cuts but we will be regularly seeing Kristy as often as we can!
