Very friendly on the issue I found is when they are stalking shelves they are doing it during busy hours so having carts or pallets in the middle of the hallway is not safe nor do a customer want to feel like they are being in the way”

Tina was fantastic to work with and extremely kind and flexible, especially with only about 24 hours' notice. Her creativity really shined in her Fall color scheme and leaf design, which you can see below. She also made the cake half vanilla, half chocolate on request, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone really liked the cake -- especially the vanilla layer -- and I will most definitely order another one in the near future! “Ordered a cake online three days before I needed it. Got a confirmation text and email but when I showed up, no cake. I was told she didn't have an order for it so I showed her my confirmation. Her solution was for me to pick out a cake and she wouldn't charge me for it... Which was fine in my case because the cake I had ordered was not that complicated anyway. It should go without saying that people order these cakes for special occasions because they want something "special". A bakery can make or break an occasion just in how they handle the cake. I do not hold the employee that took care of me responsible, she was kind and tried to make the best of this situation but I expected better of Kroger. The cake was delicious which is why you still got four stars.”
