“After noticing some shingles were blown off my roof during a spring storm, I contacted Bristlewood Roofing & Remodeling at the recommendation of a co-worker. They came to my house to inspect the roof and then we discussed next steps. I contacted my insurance ( State Farm ) and they sent an inspector out soon after. My roof is just over 20 years old so I was not terribly optimistic. My Bristlewood representative (Curtis) joined them and they inspected my roof together. Curtis guided me through the claim process and eventually State Farm agreed to replace the entire roof ( less my deductible). The roof was replaced a couple weeks later (my wife picked a shingle that was delayed) and the results were fantastic. They use a wonderful protection system that really protected my yard and flower beds well. The new roof looks great and I have peace of mind for years to come. I would highly recommend a phone call to Bristlewood Roofing and Remodeling if you are in need of roof repair / replacement.”

“Everyone at Nailed Down roofing was so helpful from the moment I requested information back in the Spring when we had wind damage to our roof and siding. Luke and Josh started the process off and let us know they thought we could get full replacement for both the roof and the siding. Dusten took over from there and handled all communication with our insurance company. “The crew worked long and hard on prepping my poor old house for its final illustrious paint job. I had seen KandS, Jamie's crew's work, around the historical district in Ashland. I like every house he has done. They are all unique and pretty. He gave me a fair price estimate and a friendly, detailed description of the job. The crew started with scraping and blasting, and scraping some more. There are various challenging detailed spots here and there on my house. 75% of the soffits and siding shingles were crumbling and deteriorating. They labored long and hard to make them as smooth and nice as possible. They made sure to conserve the original character, and it has been a long time coming. That's one of the things I like about Jamie. He appreciates unique old houses that deserve to be restored. Jamie was patient with my color change choices, and accommodated my changing moods. The crew was very polite and respectful to me, they did little extras that I requested. My house is so pretty! It's a lovely, lively rejuvenated and revived old antique house that needed love and care and attention. I'm pretty happy!”

“I called Jordan at Roofing services plus. He came on time as agreed to give me an estimate. He spent time looking at the roof and it’s condition. He mentioned that due to my roof condition, he would recommend getting it replaced within the year and he could make sure he would be ready as soon as the materials arrived. I had two other bids, one was higher by 20%, and one was slightly lower by 3%. I looked at the proposals with the actual original builder of my home who told me it was Jordan’s company that did the original roof 27 years ago. Never did we have a leak in those 27 years, so I went with Roofing services plus. The crew was on time, professional and got the job done quickly. The skylights had to be custom installed. The chimney cap replaced the old rusty one. I am very happy with everything about my experience. Looks great. No added expenses from the quote. I would recommend 100%.
