He came out the same day I called and had the new softener installed in just a few days. As someone who's always been on city water before, having a well and a water softener are new to me. He patiently and thoroughly educated me on not just my softener but also how my whole system worked, from the well pump to the holding tank to the softener itself. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me the knowledge to do routine maintenance tasks myself instead of needing to call him to take care of them. “The place is under new ownership/management. It's a Mr. Hero so you know how it is... The place is very clean from what I could see, and it's a pretty new building so it's not run-down or seedy. They seem to always be understaffed. The staff they DO have, however, seems OK but it's EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to understand what they're saying due to an EXTREME Indian/Hindu accent. They seem friendly and courteous enough but service is quite slow. It's a "Catch 22" because while the service is very slow and it seems to take nearly the lifetime of a galaxy from the time you order your food until you have your food in your hand at the drive-thru, it's because everything is cooked to order so you're getting VERY FRESH food. The food quality seems good for a fast-food restaurant. They do have some new items on the menu, one of which I recently tried and found to be delicious (which is what I went back for today)...Loaded Potato Wafers...it comes with cheese, bacon, chives, and what I believe to be ranch. I'm not 100% certain because of the mix of all the flavors but it's a white sauce and the dish is actually delicious. One thing one can't help but notice is that they are very rarely busy. If you go through the drive-thru you're likely to be the only one there most of the time. I'm not sure why this is as I personally don't have any complaints about the place other than it's very expensive for fast-food. I ordered two of the large Loaded Potato Wafers and nothing else and it cost $11.98. A few days ago I ordered a MEDIUM Hot Buttered Cheesesteak with only extra meat but no onions or mushrooms and one large Loaded Potato Wafers and it was OVER $20.00!! Just TWO ITEMS and $20 plus dollars. But, again, that's Mr. Hero, it's ALWAYS been expensive but THAT was a bit of a shocker. While I have no complaints other than the ridiculous cost and how long it takes to get your food, I can't give 5 stars because it's just not 5 star worthy in my opinion. 4 stars is still excellent in my book, though.”

“Maybe I'm just used to my old UPS store in Medina but it's not quite as friendly here and the labels are $3 a piece which is $2 more than my store. I understand each store can charge what they want yada yada but seems a little expensive to me for a piece of paper. Anyhow the workers are nice, some a little nicer than others however overall they get the job done. Well I should say sometimes, lol no I'm sure it was not their fault but my package was recently lost somewhere in UPSville. It says that it shipped out from Wadsworth to Middleburg heights on its way to West Virginia but it never made it out of Middleburg heights. UPS itself the corporation has not been to helpful in my quest to locate my box. Filing for a lost box has been made very difficult And I'm not sure if that's the confused people and deter claims or if it really is supposed to be that hard. Regardless I'm not giving up because I paid for insurance on the thing and I'd like to at least recoup the cost of the item even though I will be out the price of shipping, have to refund the person that purchased it for me and I'm also out that big $3 at the charge me for the label.. Go figure.”
