“Five stars doesn’t seem like enough! I had dental implants done. But two days before my surgery my dog was hit by a car and was killed. I almost cancelled but didn’t. When I was called back by his nurse she could tell something was wrong and when I told her she was so empathetic - she was so sweet! I really appreciated her kindness.. And when Dr. Bauer came in he immediately gave me his condolences.He understood what I was going through - His bedside manner was just so compassionate!! The anesthesiologist was wonderful as well.. My surgery went well for the most part. Spite needing to have my bone structure filed down which meant implementing a meshing for support. Dr. Bauer called me that evening just as he said he would! And I was doing ok. But, then there was a slight setback and when I called the office they immediately got me in and put my mind at ease..I saw Dr. Norbutt that day and like Dr. Bauer he was so nice! I am still healing and looking forward to being able to have this completed. Each time I see Dr. Bauer he always says if there is anything I need don’t hesitate to call!And he means it!! ! Last but certainly not least!! Is the staff,, everyone that I have come in contact with have been absolutely wonderful! They are so pleasant and friendly! They seem to really like what they do! I will highly recommend Oral & Facial Surgery of Pittsburgh to everyone!! Thank you all for your kindness!!”

“We had a great experience here!! My 3 y/o had a wrist fracture and we came to get casted. The nurse was super nice and he got her crayons and pictures to color. The doctor was kind and made my girl feel very comfortable. The women that wrapped the cast were awesome and made it a positive experience. She has always been great at taking the time to try to make my daughter feel comfortable, her exams are thorough and she really explains things in their entirety. Dr. McGonigle has made our hip dysplasia journey so much easier and we are incredibly thankful for her. My other daughter has been seeing another doctor in the office who doesn’t even compare to Dr. McGonigle, in my opinion. “I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years so I've had more than my share of experiences with eye doctors. Dr. Cargill has been the absolute BEST I've ever had and my wife and I have been going to him for over 15 years. We've both remarked that we've never had a more thorough eye exam, never had a prescription be more precise, never had diagnostics done to the extent that Dr. Cargill does (resulting in several referrals that resolved pending issues), never had followup like this, and never enjoyed going to the doctor's as much as I do here! I love that I was able to call with any questions that I had and was able to speak to someone immediately, no voicemails.
