“When the back wheel fell off my vehicle at night an hour and a half from home I got it towed to Patterson’s without any warning. When I called the next business day they were more than happy to fit it into their schedule and allowed me the option of finding and buying my own parts to save a little extra money. Even with several delays on my end they let me keep my vehicle at their shop for no extra charge. When I let them know I would be going out of town for an extended period they made sure to quickly finish up my repairs before I left. Unfortunately some additional damage was found during my initial repairs but they alerted me and directed me towards the next part I would need whenever I was ready to bring it back in to finish up. Overall I am very happy with the kindness they showed me and will trust them with my vehicle in the future!”

“I have been coming to Davis for over 30 years. Gary won my loyalty years ago when I dropped a car off at the shop so it could be repaired while I was at work. Normally, when I did that, Gary would send someone to my workplace at the end of the day to pick me up and bring me back. This particular visit, I had made other arrangements so didn't work out a pick up time with Gary. Much to my surprise, he showed up at my job at the regular time anyway just because he was concerned that I didn't have a ride. I was stunned and have been a loyal customer ever since. I have had multiple cars over the years and Davis has always taken great care of them. I currently drive a Subaru and Jason, (a former Subaru employee) knows everything about the vehicles. He has been great about diagnosing any problems I have and on more than one occasion, has told me I didn't need an expensive repair that I thought I did. I have moved from Franklin but now drive from Nashville when I need work done because I trust Davis and it is worth the extra time and miles to me. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.”

“I was feeling antsy about the Mini that I purchased (used, as is from a used car lot.) It was a great deal, I think. But, the next oil change seemed a bit too far off for my experience with cars. I am always checking that oil, and when in doubt, I go ahead and get it changed. So I made the decision to take it to Mini of Nashville to have it checked out. It was definitely due for an oil change, so I trust what I saw when I checked it earlier this morning. They got me in there, same day. I realize there are not many people out and I wouldn't have been, but this was necessary. I just have to say, that was the best experience dealing with car stuff. They are honest and I trust what they say, of course. They helped me work out a plan to fix the things that need to be fixed, tires etc. And it is actually doable, even though I have limited income at the moment. So I'm pleased with my visit today. Worth every penny as they cleaned the car as well. I wouldn't take Mini anywhere else, now! Thanks!”

“Randy’s Worldwide is ALWAYS our first choice for differential parts. We have had some interesting requests over the past several years, one in particular that comes to mind was when the owner of a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado with a 4.8 L 4X4 asked us to remove and replace the ring gears & pinions and bearings in front and rear to a 488 ratio. We advised against it, but he insisted. So, we called the guys at Randy’s and they made sure we had everything we needed. When the customer burned up his gears about a month later, and we had to replace it all, Randy’s Yukon Extended Warranty was awesome and hassle-free. We got the new parts fast and the customer was back on the road within a few days. Now, less than a year later, the customer wants to go back to factory and sell the vehicle or put a new rear end (from a 2500) on his truck. We finally convinced the customer that it would be more cost effective to just buy a bigger truck! All of this to say that the team at Randy’s know their stuff and have an excellent customer service department! Also, their new website is very user friendly and the Differential Wizard is awesome!
