“Probably the most pleasant car buying experience ever. The vehicle price was spot on, and they never tried to sell me any additional costly items. I asked for the extended warranty, they didn't pressure me into getting one. I called them in advance, informed them that we were driving down because vehicles in our area were becoming over priced, and they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. They had the vehicle ready when we got there. After the test drive and checking it out, we may have stayed only 30 additional minutes for the paperwork. After we returned home from buying it, we scheduled an appointment with our local dealership. The only thing they found was a dry rotted tire, which we replaced. Awesome, hassle free experience from a smaller dealership.”

“Purchased a car from them approximately 4 years ago went by today just to see if I could get a decent deal trade my car in with zero down unfortunately we could not come up with a deal these people are fair prompt and have some nice cars would only advise that you make sure you have your vehicle checked out before purchase to protect yourself the car that I purchased 4 years ago is a great running car it's a 2011 Toyota Camry and looking to make another purchase very soon if we can come up with a deal otherwise they have a nice showroom moderately clean restroom for ladies nice sitting area while you are waiting and if I'm not mistaken should you need to get your car serviced you have to drop your car off you cannot wait there this was pre-covid and I'm pretty sure rules are probably the same now. Also the ambiance inside is very nice they have a television for your viewing pleasure while you may be waiting and a lot of beautiful plants. 10/5/2021 We finally made a deal, I purchased my new car today. “Great people. Got me in quick to leak test and recharge my A/C in my F-150. They noticed my water pump pulled was vibrating and mentioned it to me to replace. I had already been aware and had a new pump, so they just did the A/C work and I later replaced my pump. Love places that will notice things and suggest but not be pushy about it. This one is by far the best firestone in the Wilson county area. Others I have been displeased with and came back to here.”

“My son filled out an application here. He was turned down because he didn't have any rental history. He has always lived with family and taken care of family. They wouldn't even give him a chance. They also said that he needed a co signer. That is bull. We are moving out of town so they would not let us co sign which is also bull. This would have been perfect for him. I would rather him live there than in Memphis.”
