“OUTSTANDING WORK!!!! Professionalism, respect, integrity, and attention to detail are paramount in this companies operations. Two techs came out to repair my water heater that was poorly attempted by one other contractor. Because they took the time to thoroughly inspect and test this unit and all its components they fixed it with the replacement of a .25 part. The other plumping company wanted to replace it ( its one year old , bad wiring nut caused a wire issue ). They took the time to show me all about the water heater and how it works as well a safe operation and what to look for if it fails. I am impressed with this company and how the employees handle contracts, they show they care and insure that everything was running properly and safely before they departed. They were also wearing mask protect themselves and our family against COVID -19. They were also wearing shoe covers as to not drag dirt into the house. Thank you very much for great service , you're setting the bar high and a standard that other contractors should follow. I will recommend you to all that may need services.”

Dr Gupta is extremely knowledgeable and is very considerate for any of our concerns and questions. My 14 year old daughter is extremely pleased with her braces, and we as the parents feel that their orthodontic work is effective, secure, top-quality, and very well planned out by Dr. Gupta. She also has a fantastic staff, and they all have explained everything we needed to know with patience, answered every question, and never rushed. Everyone has been very attentive and considerate! “I have to say that this is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. I've been a customer for many years and cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this store. This past Christmas, I went in to purchase a new iPhone. Maurice Porter provided excellent customer service and gave me the details on a plan that was extraordinary. He helped me with my trade-in and walked me through how to set everything up. This was customer service at its best! Upon finishing the contract, I noticed Verizon had over charged me for the first month. This was due to a glitch in their internal, corporate system. Nevertheless, I was understandably very nervous about how my first bill would appear. This is when Dennis English, one of the store managers, came to personally help me. He gave me his guarantee that he would help fix my bill, in 30 days, if it was incorrect. True to his word, the next month Dennis remembered me, by name, and helped resolve the billing mistake in the store. This went a long way to instill me with confidence as a customer and guarantee that I will never go to any other provider so long as there are people like Dennis and Maurice on the frontlines! If I could sum this store and its employees up in one word, it would be integrity!”
