“Let me start by saying that I HATE working out!! But this concept is perfect for people like me. The infrared sauna does half the work for you. It takes away the anxiety of going to an hour long workout class and having to make sure you look “class” presentable bc only 3 ppl can fit in a sauna at a time and half the classes are only 15 minutes. Anyone can workout for only 15 minutes! But make no mistake, you are drenched afterwards!! Things I love the most: Privacy and peaceful !! It’s 24 hours, so there is no pressure to make it to a set class schedule like other places. Ive only been a member for 2 weeks, but each time I’ve gone I have had the sauna to myself. It’s super clean, has a great staff, great supplemental products, amazing quality on mats/towels/bag etc. I even got my sister on board, and she definitely doesn’t like to work out!!! However, the real best part is the “Price is right”!!! The cost to be a member here is less than half the price of Orange theory, no shade because they are good for what they do. Because it unlimited, you don’t feel the pressure that you will be penalized if you miss your time slot. I just had to leave a review because I truly feel like I’ve found a fitness style that I can really stick with!!”
