“I debated on only giving three stars!! The store itself is great. Clean aisles, well stocked, friendly employees. However, I was INSIDE THE STORE with my 19 yr old daughter and she was telling me that the last time she was there by herself this guy approached her asking for money. She told him she was sorry but she can barely pay her rent. She finishes her shopping and is near here car when she sees this guy approaching again. He then harassed her about giving him any change she had in the car. I told her next time she needs to get the store manager and let them know what happened before leaving the store by herself. And as luck would have it when she and I were there The exact same guy comes asking for money. Again inside the store. As nice as this place is there's no way that this guy is in there that often and management not know what he's doing. Harmless or not he should not be following anyone to their car.”

Please read it, it's important, if you work with clients, if you are a manager you can use this as to train your employees or if you, like me, are from another country and do not have English as a first language. I needed to print some flyers to offer my service and I had never printed a flyer before, especially in this pandemic moment where jobs have reduced. I have a good level of English, I can communicate and understand everyone, but unfortunately sometimes we come across impatient people or people who think that everyone has an obligation to know English and treat people badly and feel superior. I have had many of these experiences unfortunatley. I was lucky to be helped by Brandy, who gave me all the support, help and was very patient with me and made me happy and very satisfied. Her customer service was excellent. I would love to go to restaurants, post office, stores and etc and always have that kind of service. I say it all this from the heart!”

When I took a tour during my house search, I noticed that the spare bedrooms had carpet. I immediately wanted to pull that up to match the rest of the house. I asked the seller if Darling could do it; she said that there was a better resource...Good Guys Flooring. I never heard of the company, so I was skeptical. The seller introduced me to Joey Sims. I'm in IT, so I understand the importance of delivering a positive experience. Joey nailed it!! Very professional, educated me on the process, introduced me to the team and followed up at a CEO level. I thought he owned the company. The results were amazing and a spot on match of the Darling floors (maybe better). I was actually "floored"...no pun intended. I believe I have found a service provider in good guys on other potential projects. Additionally, you will come highly recommended to my peers and friends. Saw (different) chairs from At Home and Home Zone that were both $20 cheaper here one from Rooms to Go that was $30 cheaper here. We talked to several salesmen and they all were knowledgeable and professional. The pick up system was much smoother than I anticipated. It was busy but we were in and out pretty fast.”

“After a long day of furniture shopping at several stores we were tired and a little frustrated. We didn't think our day was going to end in success. Rooms To Go was our final stop. Rooms To Go ensured that our day of shopping didn't turn into another day next weekend!!!! They had a good selection of furniture in the style we were looking for. The sales personnel were not pushy at all, they didn't follow us around (thankfully) but did offer assistance whenever we needed it. When it came time to make some decisions to put us over the edge of this important decision, a wonderful sales associate, Brian Garner, swooped in and took us to the finish line! Brian was friendly, easy to talk to, fast, helpful, and made us feel a whole lot better. He was a straight shooter for sure! We didn't make it easy on him either, we pulled him all over the store at least 4 times asking questions, getting opinions, changing our minds, etc. We left very happy. “When my family used to live in Lewisville, we never dined there, I think that is the correct word, we always got it to go. Let me tell you, this is hands down the best food I've ever had for fast food. It honestly beats almost every real restaurant I have ever been to. The only thing it can't really compare to is my dad's pork and chicken he makes on the grill, but thats completely different. Other locations don't always have the consistency of that unique flavor Golden Chick has for their chicken, but I swear to god they hit it just right every time we brought it home after some big soccer game or really anything I had a few years ago. If I were to rank this, I don't think it could even be an S tier. If there was a rank ABOVE S tier, I would put it there. Chicken, fries, rolls, and Mac 'N' Cheese is absolutely fantastic. I went there recently, maybe a year ago (i moved away about 5 years ago) and it was still amazing. I could probably go there right now (if it was open, I am assuming it isn't, I didn't read if it was open or not), and it would still be great. Golden Chick has been my favorite fast food place and this one location justifies that. People lose their minds over Chick-Fil-A and Cane's and places like those, while those are good, none of them can compare to Golden Chick, not any of their best locations can compare to this location. Hats off to you Golden Chick.”
