We have flooring that was put in by the builder throughout most of the downstairs, and Floors 4 Less order new flooring and installed quickly and perfectly to replace our bedroom carpet downstairs. The install including furniture removal, installing around base boards, and meshing wood into the existing floor in the hall way was perfect. No mess, No hassle, nothing. “I have read a handful of negative reviews in regard to the Denton GC. My experiences have not been bad at all. I found Nick, Isaac, and the others who I don’t know by name very helpful, friendly, and professional. I made a purchase of an item that was expensive for me but I didn’t take it out of the bag as I had been working 12-16 hours that week. When I finally got the item out, I realized it was an open box. I started to panic thinking that I had been done wrong and they would be unwilling to help. The store was closed at that time so I had to wait for them to open up again. When I returned to the store, it was very easy to make things right. They totally understood how I felt and helped correct the issue. I had to wait for a factory fresh device, but they took care of it and I was up and running 4 days later. I will not hesitate to shop at this location. It is smaller than many GCs but it is big on customer satisfaction. I gave 4 stars but that is only because they are a smaller store and don’t carry as much as others. If you are in a bind and need something immediately, you may have to travel.”

When the tile was removed from the foyer our front door jamb was damaged …they took care of it by sending a professional team to replace the jam as well as new weather-stripping around the entire door.
