Houston very pleasant people and very professional at all times , I saw a pair timberland boots been on display for several weeks now , I ask him is possible he can check the price sticker on them , did not hesitate whatsoever after he help a customer take her two nightstands to her car , he came look for me in the store 🏬🏪 and the cashier that with in the photo is wonderful person always Smalling and greeting the customers when they enter the store. “Ordered a Sportsman Masters 247 from Dylan in October 2022. Took delivery February 13, 2023. Dylan was great to work with, very helpful, and patient. Due to the schedule, there is a few items that need to be addressed when I bring the boat in for 20 hour service. It will be the minor warranty items as well as the full detail he could not get done prior to delivery as he was short staffed. Would I recommend Dylan and Boats Etc? Yes, and I have to several people. The only thing I would caution is to make sure you keep records, as they turn over so many boats, sometimes they confuse customers and what was ordered and agreed to. I ordered the boat with group 31 troll motor batteries, and they installed group 25 or 27. When I realized the error, and pointed it out to Dylan with the emails and order, he promptly addressed it and had it corrected. It was just an oversight due to the volume they handle combined with my special request for larger batteries. But non the less, having the records saved any possible issues from happening. Loving the new Sportsman, and looking forward to dealing with Dylan and his team again soon, even if it is only for service and parts. Darrel Owens”

So clean and organized! 10 stars if I could! Only thing I’d like to see change is the mask policy. So many people walk in and out without mask during this pandemic & having to work 40hrs a week with a mask, I know it’s hard to delegate but it is unfair when others can’t take responsibility also. Love this store though first stop before work, last stop home.”
