“2 years ago I purchased a VW golf from here. Good condition, good price. Not everything was perfect with the transaction but my experience with this place exceeded my expectations of a used car dealer hence my rating. I do not always decide to leave any details but adding stars to offset the obvious bad experiences others have reported seemed fair given my experience. Bashing a review 2 years after it was left only shows that you are not paying attention to your customers nor do you really care. That's disappointing for a family business.”

“NEVER had any issues with the car machinery, or any expensive issues. Never have issues with Robin or anyone else. Only tire, oil, and etc maintenance that’s a given. I’ve always paid on time or have been months ahead on my payment. I’m almost done buying my HHR that I got January of last year so this is technically a year review. Best advice is to be honest with them and always communicate with them. I have also recommended family members who have gotten cars from here as well.”

“Just wanted to take a moment to thank Firehouse Auto Sales, especially my new friend Flo, for helping me out in finding my dream car here in Texas. I moved from NY to Dallas in January to pursue my career as a PA in orthopedic trauma surgery and absolutely love it. When I recently found myself in some car trouble and was starting to look for another car, one of the surgeons recommended Flo and put me in contact with her. Since I have variable hours at the hospital, the concierge service they provide was so amazing. Flo and I spoke frequently and she got to know me, what I was looking for, and through just calls, FaceTimes and lots of pictures, she was able to find me a great deal on a car I’ve always wanted. While I was working, she even made sure to settle the license, registration, and full detailing and maintenance clearance. All I had to do was go for a test drive at the time she personally delivered the car to my apartment. “Being disabled is so difficult plus anything to do with helping the disabled i.e. equipment, services, etc is out of site as far as cost these days. We'll MobilityWorks has helped me more times than I can count with lifts for my wheelchair for a pickup to purchasing a new van. Plus keeping my van serviced so the ramp and the lowering system works well. The other day I went in for a service and to have my door on my van looked at because it would stick open once in a while and they were able to find it right away and fixed it with very minimal cost. If your needing a vehicle or just services for one please check out MobilityWorks they modify trucks vans and do some amazing work plus your vehicle looks great afterwards. I highly recommend them.”
